What do you use to stream from a pc downstairs to a Mac upstairs? Do you use geforce now? Thanks

8 controllers indeed. If you use your controllers regularly, its a worthwhile investiment.

i currently use a bluetooth xbox controller but bluetooth does not support accessories like a headset or chatpad. Additionally bluetooth only supports 1 controller whereas the usb stick supports 4 (maybe 8?) controllers along with headsets and chatpads.

Funny thing is your right it does come across as trolling. But im being deadly serious! I genuinely want to buy 1 but then i cant find any of those "must have" games to go with it - all i see is forza or gow?

Here's the only game you need, it's similar to the one you are trying to play here.

Got 1 thanks. Just cant see any must own games to play

Doesn’t mean there a bad website because they are banned on here just means they have broken HotUKDeals rules maybe they were self promoting and I wasn’t saying about buying from them only to use them to price match at ao!

I found a discount code online for gameseek ‘tenner’ and mentioned this when I asked ao to pricematch and they said no problem and reduced the price to £389.99 with free next day delivery. Mine arrived today. See my recent previous post

Sold out online. You can check stock in your local store on the link. Official Microsoft wireless controller for the Xbox 360 with a rechargeable battery pack and lead

Has anyone had there order sent? Mine is still processing.

In case it helps anyone, wireless controller is under 20 notes today:

Shame that the website now thinks they're out of stock everywhere - Click and Collect option is greyed out so can't check anywhere. Suppose I could phone around but the chances of finding one seem slim. It's the Xbox One wireless controller that's £31.39. They've got the Xbox 360 controller on its own for £19.96. But yeah, it's still weird that the bundle is less than half the price of the items separately (and even 3p cheaper than the play and charge kit on its own!). Yeah, and they use RF (radio frequency) rather than Bluetooth, so even having a Bluetooth-enabled PC won't help. On the plus side, you can get third party adapters for around £3 that work just as well as the official ones. The 360 controller is still the best solution for PC gaming as the Xbox One controller is more expensive to start with, then its PC wireless adapter is stupidly overpriced. But there is now a new Bluetooth Xbox One controller so that might change things!

Can't seem to search a store.

reserved thanks.. just need to get mum to collect now lol

I bought this one last year, it's great. Ignore the included cd for drivers and install using the official driver for the first party accessory which is built into windiows and it works just like a 1st party accessory.

Yes. I use one to play all games on a PC. You can pick up a wireless receiver from eBay £5/10 depending on seller. Oh Amazon sell them as well

I use three of these with my PC- just buy a cheap wireless connector and they work a charm.

It might be possible, but would probably be beyond the skills of anyone without some Android hacking experience. I saw this thread about someone trying to get a XB1 controller working on Android via USB though.

Would these work on an android box?

oh that makes more sense now. was thinking it was like like the old 360 where u needed to have a wireless adapter or use ethernet cable

It's so you can use the wireless controller on PC.

Shopped around for this so I can play XCOM 2 and a few other PC bits. Supports up to 8 pads which is nice too. Not a huge saving but the best price I could find with free shipping.

What would you deem a good price?

Console peasant question: Will this work with XBOX360 pads?

Then it's a shame neither of those happened, considering how much of a state the post-processing options have left the game in. Controller support really isn't a difficult thing, especially with UE. They obviously had an agenda.

Its PC exclusive. Keyboard and mouse is a given. Rather they put the coding time into making the game better then for pad support when its not needed as no port to console to pamper to.

Not everyone wants to use a cable, and if you notice lag using the wireless adapter you must be neo from the matrix.

Rather just use my free charger cable and get lagg free gaming as well ;)

I agree with him after all Microsoft did state that it wouldn't work on OS below Windows 10. Obviously there are people out there who doesn't do their research :/ Anyway just ordered this from game, £19.99 and apparently it was going to be shipped 23 minute before I ordered so...well whatever

your just being picky, want me to start posting that a usb port is required and minimum system specs?

Also adding that it doesn't work with Windows 7 or Windows 8 might help even futher. 8)

Yep Windows 10, the wireless dongle only works with W10 according to MS. The rumble works fine wired with GTA V so it seems unusual to me. Having played with the wireless dongle a lot more since posting this I've noticed some very frustrating and pretty regular occurring 'input lag spikes' where controller inputs/results lag by around a second, it clears up after several seconds of lag but it's quite infuriating. I love the fact I can now turn the controller off without ripping out the batteries though, but in its current state I would not recommend purchasing this as it just doesn't work properly. The lack of rumble isn't a deal break for me but the input lag is inexcusable. Quite disappointed.

Mine arrived today from GAME. Probably going to return it as Windows 10 is not something I want at the moment. EIther than or see if any unofficial drivers come about to get it working on 8.1 :p I'm assuming you're on Windows 10? I'd imagine its just a thing games have to implement. The rumble has been hit or miss via wire. Some really old games it works with, while newer games that are on next gen consoles haven't for example.

GAME have dispatched mine, however Shopto website still says released in 11 days?

Received mine from MS and installed etc. Everything is working for me except the rumble feature, which seems to only work wired (tested on GTA V). Anyone else with the same problem?

i voted hot purely for the fact I knew this was coming out but they were taking an age so i forgot all about it

Thanks for the clarification and the link.

The wireless receiver still has to be plugged in but you never have to worry about putting new batteries in your controller again. This is the one I have had for 3+ years. Works fine to this day.

Just had my shopto order cancelled owing to a 'stock discrepancy'

I didn't know that was possible. So with the cable you don't to have the wireless receiver plugged in? If you don't mind could you post a link for the cable? All I can see are play and charge cables on ebay.

Honestly I prefer to use Dualshock 4 for PC gaming, there are a couple of good programs around which sort of emulate it to look like xbox one. Couple of advantages are that if your pc has Bluetooth you don't need a receiver or you can use any Micro USB (data) cable (comes with most phones) to use it as wired controller, it is a way better feeling controller (imo). (they have been on sale for about 33£ recently) Still this is a good deal.

The official charge pack is worth the extra £6 IMHO. They are better than the third party stuff and light years ahead of the crap found on eBay.

Actually, the controller in this bundle with the Play & Charge kit is better than the one currently at £22, as this one has the "transforming" D-pad (you can twist it to change it between a disc and a cross).

that's true, these controllers only send game data wirelessly. the usb connection is apparently only for charging or for powering wired pads.
