That's a very good price - nice find

Yup, am glad it isnt just me. Not in Stock at the moment, and is a US verison (so am assuming it'll have two-rather than three prong-plugs on). Wonder whether this is ok for UK leccie systems.

Closest price (assuming a European version) is around the £140 mark.

Voted hot if you can find something to buy at reasonable price :-)

how about

expansys.com/d.a…709

Could be used for any memory card just over £20 for a reasonable saving...

Offer ends at the end of Sept too.

Just a note - the minimum spend is now £20 exclusive of VAT. Not sure if they have just changed it or whether it was that from the start.

So if you run your own business, you'll be quids in!

whats expanseys like as a company, theres a camera i would like and it seems to be the only online retailer selling them at the minute

I hate paypal with a passion, such *******s. Sorry, cold from me.

Expansys are in my experience a poor company to deal with. Web site does not reflect actual stock status, "delivery due" dates wildly optomistic.

If it wasnt for the various vouchers I would certainly look elsewhere - cheaper prices and (more importantly) better service can be easily found.

OK - but this is cheaper because it is the older low resolution display model - expansys have the newer one on sale as well at £139.etc. (cheaper Amazon and elsewhere). The display is important because you need to read it across the room.

I can't really see the advantage of this over the 'home' version available from ebuyer and others for under £60 - unless you don't have a wireless capability and need the ethernet connection.

I have this and it is the new version the M1001, though it will say m1000 on the case and packaging, it is the new version as it support WPA2 unlike the m1000 (WEP Only). It does have an issue with 48khz upsampling causing sound background noise. However I find it very good and have in connect to a NAS linkstation pro streaming lossless files. Use an external DAC and it is a lot better.

If it was the m1000 it might actually be more expensive as these are prefered by some people as they don't upsample.

Are you referring to some other new version as there is none listed on the Roku site. except the roku radio with no digital out.

Shame postage is so high, went to order a HD-DVD add on and the delivery cancels out the discount :giggle:

need something worth 2.27 before vat :-(

please shout if come across anything.

Its a ok deal but im not the biggest fan of either Paypal or Expansys tbh i used Expansys once for a Nokia 770 and there dates for stock seemed change all time and when i emailed them id never get a reply i did get my 770 in the end though which is the main thing ! :-D

Any good?

]Ethernet Cable

I like it for memory cards...
Anyone a notion of whether their Kingston MicroSDs are Japan-made or otherwise?

Ordered the Roku thing, thanks very much to OP. Didn't get a good feeling though it was very vague about how much total I was actually paying. If I don't get the reduced postage I clicked on AND the paypal tenner I shall be pretty cross with them.

was looking at the smartphone thats on hukd and added it and went all the way through to paypal but no mention or indication that i would get £10 off. so didnt go through with it. did anyone else see anything different?
