had vouchers for this place before at the checkout they accept it, then … had vouchers for this place before at the checkout they accept it, then send out goods then take out the full amount from your account voiding the voucher, AVOID.

This has happened to me (and many others) also. Only buy if you are prepared to pay the full price once you have received the goods. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

stop scaremongering ! ...even if you don't use the 'codes' it's a damn good price (£29) for this particular phone imo'

i personally have bought 2 (delivery this thursday) for £48 all in...which works out even better than 'buy-1-get-1-free'...and yes i have used MW before with no problems whatsoever.

I have used the codes for me and my husband and never had a problem or been charged at a later date. Got a trampoline for £1 and a thomas the tank engine bike for £12.

I'm not scaremongering! I'm warning people how MW operate. They decided to revoke a voucher code and charge me the full price (£15 more) 3 weeks after I had received an item. I'm presently checking their ability to legally do this.

The whole point of feedback forums is surely for people to tell of their experiences - I'm telling you about mine. OK?

As for the value of the item, you are repeating what I said. Buy if you think it is a bargain without the reduction.

Thanks for the code HOT

Thanks for the code - voting hot.

Never had a problem with any of my orders from MW using vouchers. They show the discount at checkout but take the full amount from my card and add back the amount of the discount to the card at the same time - strange way of doing things but I have had the correct discounts every time and never had one rescinded. They also track very quickly via Quidco. Other bonus I like is the fact that they've always delivered within 24hrs. and the goods I have bought have been good, branded items at silly prices.

Does anyone know what the origin of the 20% discount was? To whom was it offered and why? Was it a signup incentive or what?

Doesn't work for me
