yes you can, I’ve used it twice in food warehouse this week with no problems
Yes you can use in the warehouse
Can this be used in the Range
Blimey, 2 of every item they sell for £30!
Just found out from another post that the voucher can be downloaded from Iceland Facebook page. I paid 45p a few days ago for the daily star, didn't know the FB page existed with voucher. Their frozen lamb loins for £10 a bag of 1.15kg is very nice.

Yes it does, I used mine there today
Is this only myself or someone else is having a problem to print or email this voucher?

Printing blank voucher and could manage to get this on my email.
U can show the screenshot or download from Facebook page and show on the phone also.
I just used the FB Iceland voucher and it scanned perfect

So much items to get in the first place and then to have all re-scanned for a refund? Damn. I make a quick getaway with 4 bags of lamb chops and used the FB voucher on the phone no problem. I feel for u at the checkout till with a queue behind!

No they charged me full price of things like hagendas ice cream 1 for 4.3 but 2 for 5. They have NOT automatic come down the price at the till. As i am counting i just spent £41 for use the voucher and the till ask me to pay 68!!!
Now is the worst part, i don't know what's the IQ of their staff she refund me the money which is discounted price and she still don't know why she's wrong(see the receipts)!
So for example i pay 8.6 for 2 tubs of ice cream and because it supposed 2 for £5 and she refund me £5! Can you believe their maths?!
Their attitude is like I'm owing them they didn't want to listen so i just return the whole trolley and will never go this shop again! Nasty rip off!
Make sure check your receipt before you leave this no customer service shop(mad)
Omg! That's awful.

I don't know if making a complain email to their HQ will get u any goodwill voucher etc.
Hang on...

4.3x2 = 8.6
If they refund u 5 for every 2 tubs then u get a better gain no? 8.6 - 5 = 3.6 for 2 tubs.

No they refund you so you don't have them. She scan them and i pay again! That is why i keep all the receipts !
I don't know where to complain as even their store manager still think I am the problem one. I think represents their company's spirit!
Ah I see so still down £3.6 crazy.

Customer service email from iceland.co.uk website.

I don't have your spirit which is why i admire that. Like tcp i just don't use them again. I was buying the lamp chops too, enjoy yours anyway;(
Or phone head office CS team. I pretty much would be pretty angry about it all and would vent that with CS and demand they give me at least the £10 code again as it's expired now, + goodwill for wasting my time and embarrassment caused to me in the shop today.

The ice cream discount is listed in your 1st receipt, where do you think it didn't apply the discount?

It didn't come off that's why the staff mark all the items with pen haven't come off

But it did come off?

It is clearly listed in the discount section of that first receipt - in the same way it is listed in your final receipt?

Cross category 2 for £5 with a total deduction of £6.80. £4.20 x 4 = £16.80, minus the £6.80 gives you the two £5 multi-save purchases?

That 2 for 5 is not the ice cream it's meat deal

No, the meat is 4 for £10 not 2 for £5.

It looks like your meat didn't come off, rather than the ice cream.

Your meat totals £15, should be £10 so £5 manual deduction does make sense.

I think they did it right.
