None of the codes working today (0915) and link page is now blank - or withdrawn? Shame, am in the market for a new monitor and an existing customer
This code and other Novatech codes appear to only work for SELECTED customers i.e. those who have previously shopped with them or possibly employees. It is quite an exclusive code so I wouldn't bother unless you received an email from them saying you can use the code.
Very shabby offer... I tried various times to use but no luck stating "not valid with my customer number"! I called Novatech who literally updated the offer page as I spoke to them "All deals limited while stocks last - only one of each offer per customer. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. Available only to customers who have bought from us in store at Bristol, Reading or Cardiff, within the last 3 years. Prices correct at time of print, errors and omissions exempt". Not very fair to existing online customers, I will shop elsewhere as a result oO

The only thing to say is "Its a shambles"Finally managed to order yesterday, but this entailed phoning. Was at first speaking to Sales, but they couldnt help. then got to Customer Services, but they couldnt help. Was then transferred back to Sales, who, after talking to Customer Services, took my order verbally and my debit card details. Received my product this morning, all installed and working.
But shouldnt have needed to go through all this hastle. On phone for nearly an hour being shunted from one department to another.
A great shame. I had used the Portishead branch for years with no complaints, but sadly it was closed down last week. No problems with those guys, always helpful, which was the main reason for using them. Is I cant get online support from Novatech in future when I want to order something, I suppose its on to PC World...something I dont want to do.

Oh well..didn't work for me...
