    Be careful with Argos as they only offer a 1 year warranty with their TV's. John Lewis or Currys doing same offer with a 5 year warranty. Maybe worth checking the prices their against Argos to see if works out the same but have the extra warranty

    Not sure about this deal, the prices even after discount are still very high compared to BF deals..

    For example C2 42 was as low as £699 few weeks back

    Black Friday deals are a little different tbh, usually heavily discounted.

    I wish i could get a C2 42 for £699 now, but that is very unlikely. I also mentioned to double check prices elsewhere and compare, thanks (edited)

    Can get the 55 C2 for £1052 if I stack this code with the staff discount. However, my mind cannot shrug off the lousy 1 year warranty.

    I think it's a deal which most retailers should be doing, an LG rep in Currys told me that this offer was coming up when I went in last weekend

    currys doing the same deal on LG TVs with 10% discount using code TV10 + it says 5 year warranty.

    the above model (which i just bought) has a different model number, but a quick google search said its only to do with stand colour , everything else should be the same. (edited)

    I've been keeping an eye out for the 48 C2 since before Xmas and paradoxically, prices have gone UP and are nowhere near the level of BF deals, for an old model set. #boggle

    So 1080 with 10% and 5 year warranty. Albeit cheaper at Costco. So better to price match than pay Argos, Currys or other prices as they all started at £1299 instead of £1199.

    Still think cheaper in 1-2 months.

    RS should price beat Costco with membership card

    Edit - RS down to £1099 now with the 10% on 55C2. So this 10% drop has almost become meaningless as they have price matched other sites. I really doubt original price was £1221. Still cheaper elsewhere. (edited)
