I would be extremely careful around using these guys and the 'service' they offer.

Some time ago I used their services to deliver two parcels (hi fi equipment) which were sent to the wrong addresses and when they were collected to be resent to the right addresses, both were smashed up and irreparable.

Farcel 2 go were truly awful, not interested in resolving the matter and wouldn't even refund the courier costs. In total I was c. £300 down.

Their rationale at the time was under the terms and conditions I had to take pictures of the packaging etc inside of both boxes. Yet when challenged they couldn't point out where in the T & C's it stated this. We went round and round in circles for ages.

They are a bunch of liars and I will never use them ever again.

Crikey, I rather assumed all responsiblity was between me and the courier I choose via P2G, no? Today I ordered FedEx via P2G, to send some documents to China, and if they don't arrive I'll contact FedEx. Sorry you have such a terrible experience - there's so much of that these days - the digital solution is fine but as soon as you involve human beings, vans, delivery etc the fulfillment so often fails disastrously!
Agreed they are the worst customer service i have ever known... they use any possible loophole to get away from any responsibility for anything that goes wrong... they have a list a mile long of items excluded from compensation... from as simple as 'cosmetic'.... they are just awful

The problem is, they are cheap... cheapest.... and overall financially beneficial to use.

They invest more in someone challenging every bad review on trust pilot than actually helping customers... if they get a bad review they challenge it, and the reviewer has a few days to prove purchase or it is removed... which not many people bother to prove it... so a lot of the neg reviews are removed... and anytime they feel they have been helpful on chat they try get you to leave a good review.

I can confirm i hate them... but i still use them because im not cutting my nose off to spite my face as such. Also they have a good monopoly on the market now, just like hermes. a lot of courier companies work closely with P2G and even use them as customer service even if not booked through p2g
Shocking service and lost my £500 fone with no compensation. Use if you dont need your stuff to arrive

Hi. The reality is that it's not unreasonable to expect some form of service or assistance from the company you pay the money to when things go wrong. They were so bad and so unhelpful it was infuriating. Plus of course the money I lost. They are liars at the end of the day.
I still don't understand the complaints here - I've used them to book Fedex to China and UPS to UK without any issues - are you talking about a different service they offer?
