Good for the average house hold wanting an OLED
I bought the LG 55B7OLED last Saturday for £1299.00 and it's now available on their website using this code for £1199. Phoned them up as part of their price promise to get them to match the new price and they refused to do it. Told the guy I wanted to return my tv and re-order at the cheaper price and they wouldn't let me do that either. Refused to let me speak to a manager.

Very frustrating.

I wouldn't accept that. Return it to a different store and re-order if they are going to be hard work

You're not wrong. I'm trying again through email complaint. Would rather not pile a 55 inch telly in the back of the car but I'm stubborn enough to do it if necessary.

The advisors complete disregard for distance selling regulations was unexpected from such a large company.

I have a TV over 1000£ and believe me I am not a millionaire. OMG
Very strange. Purchased one of their 65” OLED’s last year, and the very next day it went down like £200. They honoured it without question, and like you say - I’m pretty sure it’s available for 7 days. Easier for them, as it stops folks like you returning and buying again!

I sent a tv back to John Lewis within days for the same reason, when they got funny I said the component ports weren’t compatible with my Wii and they had no answer to that so took it and I reordered.

I've noticed a few times now on different deals when I try to give heat it goes cold. Maybe that's whats happening here?
