I'd hardly call it an equivalent shop - Aldi is practically own brands with daft names. Sainsbury's is equally as good (if not better imo) when comparing own brands.

They never do that in their adverts. Wonder why
It does include Alcohol, I did my annual Christmas beer roundup using it... again.

Not valid on gaming?
You can add alcoholic drinks to the shop but there has to be £60 of groceries on top .... tried it yesterday but gave up

I think it just excludes spirits and liquers - so beers and wines are included.
Just had a code through for £15 off £60 shop: EALBTGJ17

Whilst it sounds worse than the £18 one, the T&Cs don't seem to exclude as much stuff (notably, gaming):

Qualifying spend excludes spirits, liqueurs, wine when on any buy 6 save 25% multibuy, infant formula, tobacco and related products, gift vouchers, savings or postage stamps, mobile phone vouchers, phone cards or charity products. The value of the voucher can be used on your first grocery order provided it meets or exceeds threshold shown. Offer valid on first time grocery orders only. A first time voucher may only be used if you or your household have not already used a first time customer offer. Vouchers valid for delivery on or before 24/12/2017 11:00:01 PM. Qualifying spend on first £15 off £60 excludes delivery.

Must have changed.

My shop was £60.75, and contained only the items in the picture, minus 3 bottles that were leaking on arrival which I got refunded for (and the leaking bottles to ‘dispose of’). I ended up paying £38.something...

It hasn't.

Just tested it with 5 cases of Kroenbourg, which came to £70. 'AFFVCNOV60' took it down to £52,
We’ve done this twice now with different accounts. Done our big shop at Aldi and then bought the brands we won’t substitute from Sainsbury’s with this.
They expencive anyway...
This code let me add a Gin gift set so it does seem the exclusions are a bit unclear.....
You can buy alcohol..............Its the value of the money off voucher that has to be spent on groceries i.e. £18

I had my delivery on Friday = 18 bottles of wine (with 25% of each lot of 6) and then spend 18 quid on other stuff I'd usually buy anyway.....Nappies, Bleach, Bath Foam........I try to buy heavier things due to them being delivered to my doorstep Its easy done and saves a fortune, after the money off etc each bottle of wine came in at £2.33 a bottle
just back our hols so perfect for us - thanks to the OP
thanks OP Good Timing
