Just tried setting up a new account to test the voucher, and it worked for me. Item I tried was worth £30 though.

Like I said, I haven't the foggiest what the minimum order amount is, if it works for you, then great, if it doesn't, then it's not the end of the world.

yeah i only spent like £20

Just everyone take note of the T&Cs from Littlewoods...

2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a … 2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive.

Dont forgot Quidco.

Thanks - used it successfully on product cost £29.

I work for Littlewoods and know that they are stopping any orders they spot with codes not personally issued to you. You don't get an email telling you this, read the Terms and Conditions on their website point 2.3 It advises any codes not found to be issued to you, will be removed. Also advises you will not be advised of this and that the full amount of the order will be deducted from your card or charged to your account. They are fully covered by the T's & C's so you can't even argue about it if you go overdrawn on your card!

why are u posting this on every littlewoods thread

we get the message

Danby, what kringeldec has posted backing up what emmajk42 originally posted is very helpful. I'll bet loads of people buy stuff they don't really need when there an opportunity to save almost £20 on a £30 order but then if the subsequently and correctly get charged the full £30 will be p'ed off.

Thanks for stopping me wasting money on stuff I don't need.

edit, just seen that what looks like every littlewoods thread since the arc looks to have been bounced so yes maybe a little ott posting to threads that have naturally run their course.

Any proof?

Can you give a suggestion to improve their customer service?

The voucher wasn't issued to me in the first place, so obviously someone isn't doing a good job...infact I used 2 vouchers at the same time when I placed an order earlier this week.

Either way the returns service is free. So if you get charged full price, return for a refund.

It's worked for me on £29 product, just hope they don't cancel my order! Thanks Under...!

Just so you know, last year they came back and requested full amount 2 months after the order. No chance of refund.....

You'll notice the OP said it's his/her first post so maybe they didn't read the T&C's in case they get stung. I think it's fair to point it out judging by previous history of littlewoods on this site.

Not everyone is a regular here, some people might not know about it so feel it was uncalled for.

just my opinion. That said I wouldn't order for LW from what I've heard here but still nice for the OP to highlight the code.

i think everyone is missing the fact this thread is 8 months old..

and the codes work ( this one wont though as it's old ) it's just some people took the **** then where miffed when they asked for the money back. the people who used the £25 off first order and ordered something for £27 for example...

LOL

didn't realise.
Anyway it is still helpful for people who just found the thread out as it just came to hot listings.

dont even bother, i was caught up in the last scam where they gave £25 off then asked for it back 3months down the line. They are perfectly within their rights to do so.... be warned.

luckly Martin from MSE got involved and they gave it back with a big letter saying never to do it again.

there was a better one £30 off £60 for new customers i opened another account and got the trainers i wanted for £30 they were £100 so im happy before you ask they where reduced to £55. This was posted a few days back.
