Got a similar deal over xmas, been waiting 15 weeks for ours now, got another 2 weeks to wait before we reach our provisional delivery date.
Delivery times are shocking. Although can only complain at the extra two weeks we are having to wait as we were advised of a 15 week delivery time at the time of buying.
Trying to contact them is an ache too, sat in the queue on hold for 45 minutes to try and speak to someone.

Widely known they are terrible for customers service and delivery timings though. Heat as could help someone out
Dont do it! Our furniture was 6 months late and in the wrong colour. They sent the wrong parts for the suite so we have a chaise without the adjoining sofa. They turned up 3 times with an empty van and we took time off work. Whenever we called we were spun a different tale as to the whereabouts. Look at the facebook reviews, its full of people with similar stories.

I'm too far down the line now so hopefully works out okay in the end. How on earth does a company of this size send an empty van to a customers house.

I wish you luck. However if you do have a problem make sure you kick up a fuss. We got a substantial discount. I think they get by on brand recognition, when we ordered we thought they were a reputable company and so we didnt research them.

Thanks, and we do plan to complain regardless when it finally arrives, in the hope of some sort of compensation. We've been sat on garden recliners since we moved in end of march.

Being a big highstreet name you would think they would be more than reliable. And i suppose they must have almost as many happy customers otherwise they wouldnt still be running surely.
I assumed becuase they offer the so called discounts lots of people buy at once, and as they are made to order, probably the same factories being used by several retailers around the world the demand outweighs supply causing the delay.
