This is a great deal. I'm doubting whether you'd get the nectar points as well, surely this would mean you've only spend £40?..

regardless 33.33333333333333333* % off is a good deal
Just did a quick try and it said you can't use both codes together.
Anyone know if this is a first-shop-only £20 off?

Just got the 4000 points code working! Hopefully it comes through in time for the double up event.

Just used the £20 off first shop - works fine - thank you

Depends what you have bought, sometimes need to spend £70 to get £20 as we buy baby formula @ £10 and this isn't included in the deal.
Would be nice if they one day posted one for existing customers - until then will keep shopping in Aldi/Lidl
Anyone know what's excluded? Booze?
Thanks for that

the nectar points say they'll be on within 28 days which is roughly the 18th December going from today so if you want to use them for Christmas (and it does take the full 28 days) get buying quick!

Agreed, but if you start a new account it should be fine. We set up a new one for someone in the house who doesn't have one (in their details/their card) and it's accepted my nectar card so should be ok. (fingers crossed!)

I agree with Radders, sometimes you need to go over a bit. It's always worth spending a little more IME so you've got a bit of a buffer if something isn't in stock and it takes you under the £60 needed for it to work. (espesh if you don't allow subs from Sainsburys which we don't as they don't charge you the same price as the one you ordered like Asda/Tesco does, they charge you the price of the sub (which is usually more expensive than the one chosen))
It worked for me
Orders just been delivered. It doesn't show up on your reciept as it's an ongoing offer, however Cust Service did confirm the code has been added onto my account correctly so don't worry if it only tells you you've earnt the points from your shopping without mentioning the 4000.

It does take up to 28 days to be added to your account, however that is roughly 18th December right now.
Tried it spent over £60 and doesn't work.
I work in Sainsbury's and where it says you haven't spent enough it is because spirits do not count. Spirits/cigarettes/stamps and some other alcohol do not count when using any offers, they don't give nectar points either. This changed earlier in the year

I did that a couple of times with Tesco, then I had to query something on the order and they got very nasty accusing me of defrauding them and threatening all sorts of things
Worked for me just, however the Nectar point will not work in connection with the offer.
Excellent deal. Worked too! bought 60L of uht soya milk :D. When this runs out i'm going to use the morrisons, then asda, then tesco's deals! Woo!
Just got Dawn of the Planet of the Apes for free along with a few other items. Cheers mate
Excluding spirits, damn cold
Does it work on wine, beer and cider?
This code showed as expired as I tried to input at checkout. Other current code msn... worked though :-) worked with 25% off wine but had to spend at least £20 non wine.
This still working ?
I've just used the £20 off code and it worked for me, 7 tubs of follow on milk for £40 BARGAIN!!!
Sorry I should confirm i used the MSN91420 code and NOT the CATTWAHD one.
I just argued the toss with sainsburys again as they didn't give me the discount I had spent £64, lady yesterday was not helpful 1 bit so I phoned again today got a nice fella n explained things to him, in 3 mins the voucher was put into my email £20 is £20 so very happy now stocked up on cat meat for 3cats and cat litter , u don't get the points tho for 1st shop but happy with voucher thanks op gratefull it worth friendly argument with these places.
Any chance of working £20 off code? Ive been looking everywhere on internet but all of them are expired :-/ Pls PM me one if you have.. Thank you!!!
Those of us who opted for the 4000 points rather than the money off the first shop should have it start crediting this week so keep an eye on your statement if you're saving them for Christmas.
