"account page" . its best to check by clicking on statements and it should show up as a promotional discount there. try it and see. :thumbsup:

I'm also a new customer. I checked my account page & it had took the full amount from my card, when I checked the statement page, there was a refund of the said amount to my card.

Also Quidco was tracked for the discounted amount.

I ordered a mobile using this discount and have been charged full price so far (been 3 weeks +) I emailed them about when the credit would be applied and I've just received an email asking me about the code I was using. I'm going to tell them the code number I used but does anyone know where this code comes from? Could help out if the code number is not enough.

ok , i have finally ,24 hours later, recieved a confirmation email , delivery exected thurs 5th july.
however they have not given me the £20 off and free delivery , they have charged me full price :? anyone else had this problem? is there any point in emailing them?

They will take the full amount first, and then refund the £23.50 at around the same time as its delivered.

You WILL get the £23.50 back to the same card you use for paying for the goods.

If the code is dead, usually u get an error message.

I work for Littlewoods and know that they are stopping any orders they spot with codes not personally issued to you. You don't get an email telling you this, read the Terms and Conditions on their website point 2.3 It advises any codes not found to be issued to you, will be removed. Also advises you will not be advised of this and that the full amount of the order will be deducted from your card or charged to your account. They are fully covered by the T's & C's so you can't even argue about it if you go overdrawn on your card!
