Really want to see what kind of price ioniq 5 and kia ev6 will be

chrb

Nice to see an EV with a good range!

rob77

The premium SE is no longer a thing on the 2021 facelift kona. I have this car and it has heated seats and steering wheel. I'd have loved the ultimate for its full leather, ventilated seats, hud and sunroof. But as it retails for more than 35k it's not eligible for the government grant which makes it way more than the premium.

joker1080

Shame the Premium SE is never on offer, this is missing heated seats and stearing wheel which I thought would of been on somthing speced as "premium" great deal though! (y)

Why_so_serious

Even with the cheap electric at work it is more expensive per mile than my 10 year old ICE car but the extra comfort and fun is worth it.

Ok nokia890 great point. I concede (y)

Nokia890

This is a 2 year deal, highly unlikely they will change their goalposts within this time. Maybe in 2025 -2027 by then you could have changed lease vehicles twice.

dcb01

And you think the UK government won’t change the goalposts a year latter and this euro 6 engine won’t become a “Bad” engine (y) (lol) (y) (lol) (y) (lol) (lol) (lol)

Nokia890

BtW : Looks like a Euro 6 Engine. So exempt from ULEZ.

If you don’t know what’s happening in London in a few months then I’m afraid I can’t help. The mayor will love people like you :p

I'm not sure its possible for 3 in a row but its certainly possible split like this photo.

Stevelow_212

Do you know its possible to get three car seats in this car?

jackfrance212

Also, the extra £19.25 for 10k is an extra £19.25 per month, right?

jackfrance212

What is the real world MPG of this?

Ryan_Arthur

Thank you, I'll check it out.

ali.hd: A naive question from a beginner: Will you automatically own the car after two years? Otherwise, how much extra you have to pay to own the car once the leasing is over? Well yes because the car that I bought was 7400 and ended paying 8000 and that was a old car 🚗. Weell not that old second hand car of 2018 seat ibiza.

Dlz001

These are lease deals so you pay for the time you’ve got it. In most cases, much less than it loses in value making it a worthy investment. You don’t have the option to buy it at the end. It simply gets returned.

Dlz001

I find most like that between 11pm and 6am

Where could I found new cars but cheaper and also of course when you finish paying you can keep it? :/

I suppose it depends on what car you had previously. Plus the fact my stereo is turned up that loud I wouldn't hear the engine if it had one.. I like that instant torque. My mate thought it had gears because when I was driving along and floored it it julted foward like I'd dropped a gear....

FatherChristmas

In that case I'd say get the zoe... Big savings to be made

FatherChristmas

True.. I didn't think of that. My wife's insurance went up on our leaf over our prius by £100. But only because if she wrote it off the leaf is worth £8000 to replace and the prius only £4000.. I wouldn't fancy paying the insurance on a £200,000 car that's for sure...

JonoSaunders

This shows leasing is the way to go. At least from new.

JonoSaunders

Are you taking into consideration the higher insurance costs of EVs

This Hyundai doesn't have nearly as big a range as that model Kia due to battery capacity, but it's a lot cheaper.

utkarsh27

How is this car compared to Kia eniro 4+

fergies_army

Don't be fooled by premium in the title it really isn't.

slojo

Seems cheaper here - yes-lease.co.uk/car-leasing/hyundai/ioniq-hatchback/hatch-5dr-elec-38.3kwh-100kw-136ps-premium-5dr-auto-257875-0136080000 Caveat - I haven't checked the small print to see if the deals are identical in all respects

Sssaaammm

Sorry - I had omitted that pretty important part of the deal. Will add it to the title. These figures were based upon an annual mileage allowance of 8,000. Total allowance was 24,000 miles over the three years. You can raise/lower the allowance on the website to adjust to suit your requirements before you get your quote. Same goes for how much deposit to put down.

Yes lease are competitive. Never bought from them though.

Is there any brokers you would recommend?

ricky7

I'd recommend signing up to mailing list to certain brokers. There's always offers. They are just random. It works exactly how ecnirp98 said. These 3008 are all going to be 69 plate cars that were preregistered.

Great cars, had mine (12 plate) for over 2 years now.

kwl147

To be fair, most cars that aren’t from German manufacturers come well equipped. Almost to the degree that you have the essentials out of the box. All comes down to the features you want but I’ve never understood paying extra for larger rims and a more uncomfortable ride. Maybe aesthetics really do count for a lot for most people.

smellybum78

Its all vanity, I'll take bottom spec all day long. Mine was collected yesterday no charges for anything even though the parcel cover was split where it meets the handle bit, she put it down as wear and tear, it's cost me 165quids extra in 18months 1 service and 1 tyre

kwl147

15 inch sounds like it makes for a comfortable ride. Don’t quite understand the love affair most people seem to have with big rims. £45 is nothing compared to the brand new tyres I see for 17 to 19 inch rims lol. Like £250 a tyre and that’s when they’re cheap!

kwl147

Tough on the small engine when the car is loaded up and extremely heavy. Really have to give it some, to get the car moving which impacts on the economy. Interesting that it was so bad that it was worse than a 1.6 focus estate. 45mpg at 76mph isn’t bad for a petrol.
