oh i see thats why these codes didnt work there is no dash between the 30 and kh it should be:
110-336-30kh and 110-318-32kh works now

hi about to place an order- how do i know if the free delivery code has worked?? and where do i enter the roses codes as at checkout it said it couldnt find it

Much the same here they never honoured my free delivery code, so now I just don't bother with them at all!

free del code for 24studio is 009.i got email last week for it.

I used one before xmas online and it never showed up on my order but did on my statement.
Saying that I have made orders with them and have had to ring up as not taken them off, never had any trouble getting them taken off.
I swear every year not to use them again as i usually have payment trouble with them, last year used automated payments to make a payment of £12 as thats all i owed and used a card that was nearing the end of its life but had 3 weeks left. Declined the damn card(of course i hadn't a clue as it went through on phone) and charged me £15 non payment charge
Argued till i was blue in the face but they told me even tho their phone no was on my phone bill didn't prove i paid it!! Now check my bank statement as soon as i pay!

placed order of over 90 but on the website it says not elligble for free chocs! never had problems with studio, payment wise or anything like, i just send a cheque off every month whether ive had statement or not and as i say alls good so far!

Nice to hear - although I note you didn't get an invoice with your order (as predicted), ended up chasing it by phone and you also didn't get your chocolates. It's a pity you now can't:

did u just buy the tree? only wondering cos the chox would never arrive as the tree was cheaper than the min spend andthey dont count postage?????? at least you had no probs with them , ive been a customer for 3 yeears or so and never hada problem although the interest rate is very high , but theres the joy in spreading the cost i soppose.:santa:

Well my tree was delivered on the 13th, and guess what...

I've had NO problems what so ever! As soon as it arrived (without any invoice or statement) i phoned their customer services department to pay off the full amount, 5 minute phone call and that was it, have received my invoice this morning and checked online just a second ago and it states "Total amount due for transactions: £0.00!"

After i placed my order and read posts in this thread i did start to worry, but now i have nothing to worry about, everything's paid for.

Thanks to the op for this, although my chocs haven't arrived yet!

I got deal this about a year ago, (with Studio) received my chocs and also my items, no problems....BUT their, 'customer service' line (in god knows where) who talk down to you to in patronising memorised phrases is what annoyed me... all I wanted to do was make a payment, as you can't do (or couldn't...) it online.... which I found odd!
