Not sure if it’ll work for others, will be good to see if it does.

I've had some pretty good deals from Very. Never had any issues with customer service either, quite the contrary in fact.

Not for me
Not for me either. Thanks anyway
Not for me
Would think account specific

Definitely account specific as not working on any of my very accounts
Didn’t work for me
Nope
I’ve never had any issues at all with very, so I won’t say it’s as widespread as is being discussed

Never had a problem with Very, maybe just lucky.

Doesn't work for me.
Very have always been great with me, I had a voucher but mistakenly ordered the wrong thing with it, thought I'd lost the discount but their customer service department were great, cancelled my wrong order and gave me another voucher to use on the correct item
This is a super deal. I have never had any problems with Very either. Thanks for sharing.

I've never done a trust pilot review before but love very, so many saving and great customer support. Just be aware if you have any problems you'll be contacting the brand not very to get it resolved which is what gives the poor ratings I think
shame looking for a £20 off a £40 spend so i can get mario kart 8 and mario odyssey for £25 each almost there but not quite. heat for those who have something in mind.
just cant work out how to do a click and collect delievery instead of the £4 one...

I second this. Their customer service isn't the best but I've never had an issue with them. I receive a code every 2 weeks and most stuff I buy is actually worth. I probably saved around £300 shopping with them the past 6 months.

Great customer support, then you say you will be contacting the brand if something goes wrong as very doesn't want to know lol that's the worst customer support ever and illegal, you need to know your rights mate.

Highly doubt it's illegal... there was an allocation error once on my account and they just sorted it out straight away, gave me back the interest they had accidentally charged was no problem at all. Thats my only experience of a problem with them.

If they were doing something illegal I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be able to do it, it's certainly a pain this way but that's probably what enables them to be cheaper than most other shops. When I had a slight issue with a speaker I phoned them up and they contacted the brand while I was on hold and put me through to them. Was no problem at all for me!

You should take them to court! They tell you when your buying things that you would need to do this just screen print it and sue them!

If you are not confused then you are stupid as i have told you untold times but you are still not listening i'm only trying to educate you in the law , it's nothing to do with terms and conditions if something is wrong with a item its the retailer that has to sort it not the manufacturer.
Under the Consumer Rights act a retailer has a duty to repair or replace faulty goods. ... If you have bought a faultyitem, or an item that has developed a fault, you have theright under the Consumer Rights Act to ask for refund.

Cool, if it's the law then everyone would just return their opened products back to very and they would get a 10 out of 10 trust pilot rating

I honestly dont know why Very gets slated so much. My first order they completely cocked up but I was rewarded handsomely for their errors, I ended up paying £80 for a PS4 when they came out. Was well worth the hassle. Since then Ive only ordered stuff when its been on a good offer but never had a problem since. Just returned an electrical item I bought it January as it developed a fault and not a problem returning it and getting my money back. Sadly this code doesnt work which is a shame as I need to order something! Theyll soon have another one that will tho :-)
