Wow, I am so glad I did not order this before when it was coming at £46.99. The weird thing is at the time the RRP was £89.99

But now the RRP has increased to £109.99 but the discount it's better, great deal at £40.99

OP please update the price

thanks just ordered at £40.99

thats a nice saving, shame its a belkin product though. so £41 is more like the true price it should be for cheap tat.

will this work with Virgin Cable broadband?

no afraid not this ones for phone line use

ordered. Thanks, been waiting for a deal on an 'n' modem router.

It sounds a very good deal, but I'm rather wary of Belkin routers and wireless adaptors. When trouble-shooting friends and family computer problems, these seem to give the most trouble. I've had far less problems with Netgear and ISP inclusive routers.

Voted Hot.
I have an N1 Vision and it has been rock solid.

Belkin products carry a lifetime warranty so if anything does go wrong just phone them up and they either repair or replace. Personally i've had more fuss with other routers and have always found Belkin to be very reliable.

Thanks for the latest update. I had ordered at 46.99 but managed to cancel that one and reordered at £40.99.
I love this site.

Cheers,

Great find, many thanks to OP. This is just what I needed to get the signal reliably to the living room. Heat and rep added.

Excellent deal..

I am looking for a gigabit router but can't ind any reference to whetehr thjis is on any site, can't even find the model on the Belkin site.

Anyone know if this is definitely gigabit.

Thanks for any help..

What are you on about? It couldn't be much easier to find on Belkin's site, click wireless, click N, ooh look there it is

If you still can't find it, no it's not gigabit.

i cant find it on the belkin site either, link me up please :-) , checked every N router on there

Does anyone know how this is likely to come from Play (and eta?) - by Royal Mail or a courier? If it's City Link or similar, do they try and leave with a neighbour? On ordering it said it had to be delivered to credit card address which is not the most convenient if you are at work all day.

Bless, I couldn't have made it much easier

If you want the full spec, click the router by itself.

At the moment i am using a netgear 108Mbps Super Wireless ADSL Midem Router which we have had for a few years. We are intending moving computers around and putting the modem in the hallway where we have been told it should be for best speeds. Would this Belkin help is it more advanced in any way to what i already have. Mine doesnt metion N and i do not know what that does. Thanks, will rep anyone who could give me advice.

Is there another advantage of N over G another than you can pick the wireless up further away?

I have an old Netgear (sky) modem that i have flashed and also got another 2 routers as wireless extenders in the home, one in shed too for outdoor use.

I understand that they all they to be 'n' to get the speed but are they quicker in file transfers too?

Anybody knows if I can use this with my sky broadband?
