The reason it needs to be site wide is because these so called selected sellers jack up their prices so its like nothing is actually happening. Hopefully enough people wise up in time and call this nonsense out for what it is...
I find this doscount rather annoying because there does not seem to be any way to know what items are included and from what sellers.

Only on select products, and it seems only items sold by the biggest sellers on eBay, so looks at argos, Currys, hi tech electronics etc.

This probably isn't a deal imo.

actually something is happening, you (often) end up paying more during these “offers” as opposed to their normal prices

And still not valid at currys Had me eye on a little telescope for a while now but none of the vouchers have been applicable
