Be warned, WHSmith are rated one of the worst online companies by Which.

My recent personal experience of them losing my order on the way to a store and absolutely not knowing how to deal with the fact tends to underline it.
Don't rely upon them to deliver before Christmas or even make it easy to get a refund.

I'm surprised they've not gone the same way as Comet, BHS, Maplin, Thomas Cook etc.

I personally hope Currys go that way.Very very difficult to deal with in store from my experience -- they literally lost my £1200 MacBook Pro for nearly a week in a warehouse, which I was told when I went to the store to collect.

I ve only ever gone around a £100 spend with them for printers/ digital equipment, etc.
Never encountered problems but recently heard lot of bad feedback.
I imagine they earn quite a bit from their stores in airports around the world. That is the only reason I can think of as to why they’re still in business.
They have different prices in store compared to their website too and they refuse to price match - strange given that John Lewis price matches OTHER companies cheaper prices - stuck in the dark ages there WHSmith.
