Strange, only people I know who got this email already have accounts and ordered. Guessing it's only for people with accounts who haven't made an order?
I swear I have an account used the £10 voucher off first order, never used again and I still got this message. No idea if it will still work for me
Tried new sim and won't work! I assume you need a different phone to get the discount.
Would be nice if Uber Eats actually delivered in my area.
Awful company. Often food orders cancelled after 1.5 hours of waiting as drivers don’t turn up, app crashes regularly and their customer service is simply shocking. Checkout their App Store feedback its abysmal and I’ve experienced this poor service to, deleted my account and won’t be using this lame excuse of a company again.

Well they do deliver in my area apparently, but they don’t turn up to the restaurants leaving you waiting for 1.5 hours and your order just gets cancelled and refunded meaning you have completely wasted your time. Much better to go through just eat or food hub at least they turn up every time even if sometimes there is a bit of a wait.

Idiotic that they sent me a code knowing full well I can’t use it. I’ve even tried using a different number and a different email address and it still says I’m not eligible, so it must go on the home address too

Why have they sent me a code that is account specific and then tell me I am not eligible, I'm starving
I wouldn't ever use Uber Eats again. Just eat is way better than them. Awful service. Their drivers take multiple delivery at the same time which doesn't fall on the same route and your food gets cold by the time driver delivers other order and comes at your door. Drivers say Uber force them, Uber Eats says drivers aren't supposed to do that. Total nightmare. After few incidents like this, I deleted the app from phone. Never again.
