6+1 months free HP Instant Ink

You can use the instant ink service for FREE and cancel after 7 months too. I just signed up for HP Instant ink (7 Janaury 2018) and got SEVEN MONTHS FREE not two. If you use these codes, in this order you will get an extra SEVEN months.

First use a random 5 letter code: of five letters in a random order with 3 capital letters (its essentially a non-specific referral code and I keep being banned for this @mods there are no referral codes here, please read before acting!)

Second/then use code: 6FREEink

Third/Then if you have a 9 month or another pre-paid voucher add that via the account page or customer support chat. Possibly get 16 months free.

Do not use the code 2MONTHSDJUK or FREEINK as this will only get you 3/2 months, not 7 months free.

You can sign up for any of the services and despite rollover pages, given that you get charged for extra pages, sign up for the 300 pages per month service to make sure you have no charges. Their is a FREE 15 pages per month service for ultra low users which is great value but if you print randomly from 500 pages a month to nothing, it becomes expensive.

spoke to a person on chat whom said the code is valid until early April, guessing it links with financial year

Do you know if I could add the code ( if so, where???) to the existing acc to extend free period ?
the 6FREEink voucher code has to be used at registration, it can be added later via support but that has possible risks - overall if you are already signed up, only way to get it again is a new account.

The prepaid credit and other offers is more easier to to add later. If asked, I originally got the code via Ebuyer where a few of HP printer deals are from on this site.

Does this also work if the printer had been previously registered for instant ink or is this only for new printer setups?

Try it out and let us know. You may need to contact support if the printer is sold or given away t someone else e.g. your other half. Keep us updated.

I am not able to get my existing claim code to work - because as I say the printer had been setup earlier and i have an @hpeprint.com address - if the help guides are to go by then the bit before the @ should be the claim code, but when I enter it, it doesnt work - so I am not sure what to do here
I keep getting invalid code when I enter a random 5 letter code, does it need to be QWErt or qwERT where do the 3 uppercase letters need to be?

Thanks
Actually I cant enter that code, I'm at the sign up with credit card info page, and I tried the 2 two month free codes you said not to use and they are valid. but 6FREEink is invalid.
