Samsung 'lost' my 5 year warranty, so don't trust them to process it, keep a copy. Seems to be extremely common if you search. My machine had 9 repairs in 2 years and now they say it's out of warranty. Samsung really don't care. The support is appalling
Would be useful for me as i have no space for 2 units
Whats the point of spending 600 quid on washing machine ? Its just rotating drum and heater. Bought the cheapest Indesit washing machine ( i think it was like 180 quid ) and it has 'addwash' - you simply press the pause, wait 3 sec so water goes below door level, open the door and add anything you forgot about. No need to spend extra 400 quid on something that every washing machine does anyway, but only samsung advertises it as 'extra feature'
I thought this was the new Xbox deal from the picture (embarrassed)
I've seen so many reviews like this. Unfortunately it's not just the washing machines.
This is an alternative LG washer dryer around the similar price pint which I have just had delivered yesterday. https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/lg-ai-dd-v6-fwv685wse-wifi-enabled-8-kg-washer-dryer-white-3665882?utm_source=mappshare&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=3665882
Bosch, LG, AEG or John Lewis own brand. Or paying more for a Miele. Or Hisense washers are of the same quality range as Samsung but cost around half as much.

Samsung WD10T654DBN 10.5/6kg AddWash Washer Dryer - Graphite + 5 Year Warranty £649 with code (£574 after cashback) @ Appliance City£649£89928% off Free P&P Free
Great deal with the cashback too. Have just ordered.
Does anyone anymore (annoyed)
Unfortunately they only deliver to the front door. No good for us that live in flats, or who want to add disposal and installation. Which is a shame as I would of ordered this.
My machine has broken 9 times within 2 years (I should have 5 year warranty but they won't honour it). Make sure you receive your proof of warranty registration would be my advise as I currently have a machine breaking monthly and Samsung are saying I'm out of warranty. They have gone downhill recently for sure. The support is an absolute joke. The adwash is also a gimmick that goes mouldy.

Samsung AddWash WW90T554DAX 9kg 1400rpm Ecobubble Washing Machine Graphite + 5 year warranty - £399 delivered with code @ Appliance City£399£44911% off Free P&P Free
Have been looking into small claims court but not sure I have the time and effort to do it. According to Samsung it is out of warranty and annoyingly I have no proof to state otherwise.
I am genuinely annoyed to hear that but glad you haven't gone through the same. The engineer that 'fixed' mine a couple attempts ago flooded the house and had nothing to help clear up. Have spent hours and hours trying to get a replacement but they just don't care. Getting an engineer out was ok (other than an hour and half on chat with them asking the same info over and over), although I wish I didn't need one in the first place. Let alone 9 times. Currently awaiting a manager callback for the 20th time (can't be far off!!) so will see what they say this time as I still have a leaking machine. Samsung's policy is apparently to only offer repair until the warranty expires unless an engineer deems it unfit for economical repair. With parts being soo cheap that is never going to happen.
Ive had no major problems using my samsung warranty. The engineer came repalced a part and even then offered a replacement anyway as he wasnt totally statisfied. which restarted my 5 year warranty. So perhaps just bad luck.
Looks like you got a lemon / produced on Friday afternoon. If the retailer you bought it from doesn't fix it or refund you, get some free legal advice from the citizen advice bureau or your home insurance policy. Then use the small claims court ( a bit backlogged due to Covid I can imagine.) to resolve your issue . Small fee but at least you got a chance of getting your money back or replacement , via the sale of good act etc. These type of issues happen to peeps, pot luck you get a lemon or not.
Isn't this their new range, they didn't have steam before?

Bosch WAN282X1GB 8kg Serie 4 Washing Machine 1400rpm – Silver £349.99 delivered with code (299 after cashback) @ Appliance City£349.99£3798% off Free P&P Free
I purchased this machine and can say it is easy to use and makes good coffee. The way it froths the milk in the cup really makes using it very simple and quick. Talking of speed it is really quick to be ready after turning it on. I have had many other bean to cup machines in the past that took ages to warm up, not this one! I notice on the box it quotes 15,000 cup guarantee, so hopefully will remain reliable for many years!

LG F4V909WTS 9kg Steam+ Washing Machine With TurboWash 360 + 5 Year Warranty £599 with code (£474 after cashback) @ Appliance City£599£69914% off Free P&P Free
It’s expired now, but was on HUKD. They seam to be on offer quite often when you look at the HUKD history of them.
Agree ours went after 8 years and bearings definitely aren’t part of the motor, even the motor warranty is a bit complicated they wanted think it was £75 to come out which would be refunded if it was a motor issue. we replaced ours with a turbo wash after two Samsung’s gad issues including one that failed after 1 wash. turbo ones are a little more expensive but worth it can do the full 10kg wash in our case in 52 minutes unlike others including the more expensive Samsung which can only do 5kg in slightly less time. Add steam and turbo wash and the price does go up, we used to have a steam wash which was great when the kids were smaller but just went with the turbo this time round.
I know this is one of the “newer” LG washers with the turbo wash function, but it seams pricey in my opinion. I picked up a LG 10kg steam washer for £380 only last month.
