I received a msg on PayPal yesterday from their CS team asking for payment as it has 'failed a few times'. Nothing to do with me tbh (they kept authorisation payment then cancelling). They are now demanding money of a product that I never received, seriously not happy. I forwarded it again to the CS email. Hopefully this will be the final time. I don't care if they send free gift or not, I don't want to waste my time dealing with them anymore, and probably avoid ordering from their site in the future.
Thanks for your suggestion I will do that. As its still pending in my account and one email stated I will be getting the item and one stated that it be cancelled! On phone said items be getting readded!! How is that a fair system. I be on to them. 2 weeks ago now.
Maybe you can write to their customer service via email. I literally went through the same thing as you. I wrote to them asking what was going on with my order. They said it was a system error and offered me a coupon for 20% off (and a 2ml sample). I replied I wasn't happy since it made no difference to the coupon we used previously except for the extra 2ml sample. On top of that, this product is no longer in stock anymore, and their PayPal payment was still pending in my account. They apologised and said they have sent me a gift via the post (not sure what it is yet).. Note: they take a few working days to respond each time.
