If it's your first time in Vegas I'd consider staying somewhere on the strip. The Westgate is quite a way North of the strip and the hotel is just ok. The linq, flamingo or even NYNY would all be much better options, if you fancy downtown. The D is $30 a night on travel zoo and the golden nugget is a beautiful hotel with a nice pool to consider too. I'd also agree 4 days from the UK isn't enough, our first time was 4 days and by the time you have settled in, your head in home. We did 7 days last and wasn't sure if it was too much, but went back this year for another 7. Totally different holiday, much more relaxed and got to see other parts of nevada.
I really hope we get some more general flight deals to the likes of NYC and LAX, right now the flights in july are $$$$
Not actually true, you will get Jet lag both ways. Jet lag doesn't necessarily mean being knackered its just your body clock adjusting so that first morning when your up at 4am is still jet lag. For what its worth this deal is pretty crap its such as "look how cheap you could go to vegas for". Nobody in their right mind would fly to vegas for 4 days and the Westgate isnt a hotel I would ever consider recommending to anyone, its very dated, off strip and very much a hotel where the vast majority of people will be there to gamble their houses away.
You won't get jet lag on the way out, just stay awake - you'll get jet lag when you come back as you'll lose the time - have flown to the states/Caribbean every yr for the last 12 yrs and never an issue when I get there
Yes you can that is right, absolutly crazy that I go from Gatwick Easyjet to Dublin, to fly from Dublin to Gatwick enroute to Vegas for less, than just boarding at Gatwick!
