Bloody awful software, Windows Defender is better if you're looking at cheap/free options.
In general day to day use, most people won't notice any tangible difference in performance. But there can still be sizeable differences when copying files, installing software, or background scans, for example. It's not blowing things out of proportion, just knowing when the biggest impacts on performance are most likely occur, and that includes with Norton.
Obviously there will be some performance impact. And as you said its with every other antivirus out there, this is how they work. Calling it a slowdown or blowing it out of proportion is no good. Antivirus software have evolved and so have our PCs/laptops.
There's a reason it's 10p. Awful software
Norton slows down your PC just like every other AV software, it's literally a consequence of how they work. By how much is the real question and Norton is much better these days than it used to be.
They are tiny for pets, I bought one for my cat and she was too big for it, perrfect size to fit inside a pillow case though as serenawell says.
I had these, but started placing my dog in the freezer for 2mins instead.
Also amazing for ladies that have reached the time of life where no matter the temperature outside you are always a billion degrees - obviously the real actual temperature !! I have one inside my pillowcase at night XD
HEAT OP (y) Finally!!! Summat store specific near me.
Smooth version 10p in Heron.
Wow. Butter on peanut butter. That is so crazy but now I've got to try it. My ultimate combo is peanut butter, then marmite (dotted about, don't go crazy, then jam - strawberry, apricot good too, then a very thin spreading of SALAD CREAM. Your welcome.
The Sainsbury's savoury peanut butter was essentially a generic version of this marmite peanut butter in the 1980s.
"Savoury peanut butter" aka natural = all the rage currently and unavoidable. 10x more available than non savoury versions. Thought I'd say cos to me seems you missed erm.
Unfortunately a lot of this type of deal disappears quickly off the shelf. However, take your phone with you to Halfords, show them the page, and they will price match. They get a bit disappointed, especially as theirs is £8.60 at the moment. You cannot use any discount vouchers, but you can use discounted gift cards to buy it
Yeah but I go too fast to spray it effectively on my car.. its easier to use on foot.
You'd probably have to dismount first.
Anyone tried this on a mountain bike?
Not sure why this has come up on my recommendations but I'm very disappointed it's not hot sauce 😞

B&M started life in 1978 when Malcolm Billington started his first store in Lancashire. The 80s and 90s saw steady growth in the North-West, but it was in 2004 when B&M started to become a national retailer, following its acquisition by the Arora brothers. The new owners created a dynamic business model under the B&M Homestores brand, opening large retail premises, generally on the outskirts of cities. Further investment followed, including the participation of ex-Tesco boss Terry Leahy, as the chain solidified its position as a leading British bargain retailer. These days, you’ll find over 600 B&M stores across the country and a thriving online operation, making it simple to make discounted purchases wherever you live.
