How to Buy From the Boots Online Store
The Boots Online Store is well organised and uses a conventional shopping trolley system. All customers need to register with the company to make a purchase and this shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes to do. Products can be ordered online for delivery or they can be collected from your local Boots outlet.
Boots operates the Advantage Card loyalty scheme. When they pay for Boots products, Advantage Card holders accumulate 4 points for every £1 they spend - these points can be spent on additional Boots products in the future. One point is equal to 1 penny, so the rewards can rack up over time. Customers over the age of 60 and recent parents can even earn as much as 10 points per £1.
Seek Out Bargains At Boots
Boots regularly offers in-store and online discounts. All of the latest deals can be found on the “offers” tab of the website, which includes 3 for 2 deals, extra Advantage points and savings in all Boots product areas. The company offers seasonal deals at Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and special summer holiday offers. You can also expect big savings when Black Friday rolls around at the end of November. However, gift cards and vouchers cannot be used online as yet, and must be redeemed in-store.
Payment Methods Accepted by Boots
Boots accepts payment using MasterCard, VISA Electron, Maestro, VISA Debit, American Express, Delta, PayPal and MasterPass.
Shipping Options From boots.com
All deliveries from the Boots Online Store can be tracked using your personal account, if you have signed up for one. You will also receive an email when your item has arrived at your local store if you have chosen to collect it. If you do choose to collect, your item should be available by 12:00 the next day if you order it before 20:00 the night before.
Standard deliveries to any other location will arrive within 4 working days, or you can stipulate a “named day” up to 14 days in advance if it is more convenient. Orders placed before 19:00 can also be delivered the very next day (if the order is placed from Monday to Friday).
Delivery charges depend on the delivery option you chose: Standard (£3.50), named day (£3.95), next day (£4.75). However, delivery to Boots stores is free of charge on orders over £20 and home delivery is free on orders above £45.

Returning Items to Boots.com
Any unwanted or damaged items can be returned to Boots within 28 days of receipt and customers can receive either a refund or a replacement (not an exchange for a different product). All returned items need to be in their original packaging and unopened.
If you need to return an item you have two options. Firstly, you can take it to a local Boots store. You should receive some paperwork with the item regarding returns. Fill out the required information and hand it to a member of staff at the store you picked it up from.
If you have lost the return paperwork, another copy can be downloaded from their website.
The second option is to send the product back via post. In this case, you need to complete the paperwork as above and attach the prepaid postage label included with your delivery.
Take the package to your local Post Office and request proof of postage, and mail the package to the address on the prepaid label.
Boots should receive and process your refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Boots will also send you an email when they receive the items, and you will be able to see if the return has been processed in the ‘returns history' section of your account.
