I contacted them again today (that’s 3 times now) but had to go through Trustpilot as I kept getting the same unhelpful responses from the same customer service assistant. They asked me to remove my (entirely factual) review... I said “no”, not until they actually pull their finger out and find a resolution!
I think you should probably get back in touch, they can't leave it like that.
I’ve had problems with them too. Made 2 separate orders weeks ago- one arrived one hasn’t. I contacted them and they were abrupt and blamed the courier. I contacted the courier and they told me there was no issue their side they just hadn’t received it from Bunty... so Bunty either lied or just didn’t bother to check that it was MIA. No refund, no offer of replacement, no assistance whatsoever. In fact, they haven’t even apologised. I appreciate times are hard at the moment but 1- don’t bend the truth and 2- say sorry when it goes t*ts up!
I’ve placed two orders with them over the last few days and both have been cancelled! They emailed me to say there was an error on the site but have not explained what error but have confirmed they have the stock of the items I ordered so I can’t say I recommend their customer service to be honest. Still took the money tho!
I got this bed but in the green tartan for my westie. Well made and very decent quality. Worth the money in my opinion.
