Too late anyway as it's now dropped to £155, which is below the threshold to claim the free battery anyway. (annoyed)
So no good for refinishing skirting once it's stripped?
I understand the need of the product companies to produce items to extend their battery powered line ups, but there are several products which are extremely niche for cordless applications. When are you really going to need a cordless sander like this when there's no available mains power available? Building sites are usually 110V and they never finish timber with a sander anyway. If it's paint then a half sheet rectangular tool is better as this can't get into corners. The mains power version of this is £99 at Screwfix and is going to be a much more effective tool.
I have all Bosch pro power tools.and they have never skipped a beat for years touch wood....I also use third party batteries which again have been spot on.
Is this to replace the Bosch GSS 18V? I've been keeping my eye on the bare unit + accessory and L-boxx on Amazon - hasn't budged much from £109. I like the accessories make it so it can be used in corners unlike these round ones. Anybody have it? Would you recommend?
