Ask for a refund on both if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow morning. (Royal Mail are making some deliveries on a Sunday in some areas). Even the penny one.

Same, ordered a week ago and received my dispatch email on Wednesday so bit disappointing it won't be here for Valentine's day. Don't mind so much about the penny card but also paid full price for another (annoyed).

To be honest because of lock down we used them few times and they were great every card turned up within 48 hours even quicker than they quote and it was good quality card or £2.79 ( we wanted A5 size) which I think 1st class post costs close to 79p

I got a response (well if you can call it that) this morning after emailing them well over a week ago- no apology or anything, just wanted more details and for me to provide proof of payment which I did straight away but haven’t heard anything back- absolutely appalling!! First and last time I’ll be using them! Have been debating whether to go in store and see if they have anyway of contacting customer service

Just seen the chat option has re-appeared!!! Didn’t work but they must be doing something with it 🤞🏻 might actually get hold of someone one day!! I put a request for a charge back on my card but not heard anything yet

Can you maybe contact your card provider and ask for a chargeback?

I’ve still had no response from my emails- paid by card too 😩
