Sadly only black on Giffgaff and I really wanted the blue
Its £359 at Giffgaff
Just for anyone looking JD Williams has a code atm so you can get this for £372.50 delivered
The Board To Board Connector which attaches the USB-C port to the main board juts out on a little bit of PCB. This seems to be subject a lot of flexing and breaks the solder joints. It's a terrible design that seems unique to the XZ Premium as the XZ1 is practically the same phone but isn't affected. The Xperia 1 II is better in pretty much every way, cameras are definitely better, while lower resolution at just 12MP each they produce better results and having the Telephoto is handy.
Your exactly right it's not charging properly, that's wierd that seem to effect them all, is the camera on the Xperia 1 as good/better?

Haha. The phone itself is great (bought for my dad). Obviously it's entry level so expectations accordingly, but it's Android One so you get those updates and being stock it's kind on the more modest chipsets. Can't go wrong.
Hi. Am I missing a code or something. It wants to charge delivery for me.
I thought that too until I got four. One for my wife, one for my brother and two for me. Haha
Yes, any Android phone Such an odd comment. There's nothing 'fake apple' about it. Oppo is not a cheap Chinese OEM, they design their own product and the product is premium. Plus if you aren't in the apple ecosystem, you don't really have much choice if you want a smartwatch
Wouldn’t be seen dead wearing a fake “Opple” watch.
Yes. And with iPhones but on iOS some functions don't work.
I agree! Takes a second more to get a card out. Can't see the convenience being that much of a plus....I carry a wallet .
*Not (typo in my previous message) I'm sure it'll last a couple of drops but nothing more.... I'm not gonna drop my phone in the sink or not use a case anyway
I can't remember the last time I tried to physically break my phone in half
It's an extreme example that video I baby my phones personally but I understand not everyone is the same
Anyone concerned with the durability of this phone? I know you don't go bending it on every day basis, but if you accidentally sat or leaned on it in bed.. if it's this fragile... https://www.notebookcheck.net/Do-not-buy-the-Xiaomi-Redmi-Note-10-if-you-want-a-durable-smartphone.528513.0.html

Oh dear yeah you're right, they used to offer free delivery across the board.
That was the price to begin with but there's nearly £7 delivery charge making it the £151ish that it was posted at - unless they're now doing free delivery?
Price gone down op, £144.98 now my man. :)
More like two years security updates and maybe one Android update, if lucky.
It should be: the main camera goes from around 13MP (or 16, not sure) on the 5.3 to 48MP on the 5.4, and the review from Tech Travel Guys on YT said it includes OZO audio and image stabilisation. None of that really interests me as I've got a proper camera, but if you're caught on the hop then I suppose it'd suffice. I will say the 6.1 was a cracking phone - better build quality, fast charging, etc. and if it wasn't for the fact its now in its last year of support I would probably have kept mine, but my mum needed a replacement phone so she had it. Still has and uses it actually.

Had this for a few months then switched from it to a high end iPhone for the first time. Made me realise why apple are so popular. The screen on this looked so washed out side by side with the 11 pro. Pictures taken on the 11 pro are significantly better, what this does well is tweaking for videos...But generally i found every piece of footage/picture on my 11 pro looked a lot better. Also 11 pro was a much nicer form factor, feels a lot better in the hand. The headphone jack on the 1 ii is nice though, but it is not worth £800 in any world.
No happy with my Xperia 1 Mark 1, does everything so good not need for me to change yet, just had the android 11 update to
I've had an Xperia Z1...which I swapped for the S8...Samsung build wasnt that bad and the phone was the first with an infinity display...but the Sony do make really good Build. However I would say this is the best for years from them...they have had some not so great ones the last few years... Your right though the tech in this is awesome and it looks great...I think it will last quite a few years... Have you gone for the deal I posted?
Well I would go for the Sony its unique 21.9 screen is the most comfortable phone to hold, its has a snapdragon procceessor not a Exynos procceessor which generally lack the same power. The Sony is stock android, I had a s8 and s9 briefly got rid of them for a xz1 then xperia 1 Samsung felt like toy compared to my Xperia 1, s8 slowed down over time my xz1 still had the same speed, try the Xperia you won't go back to Samsung.
I think that's a good deal for what looks to be an all round good phone...I think looking on o2 website phone comes unlocked too. I am still on the fence lol! I want to upgrade but not sure what too...my s8+ has lasted me longer than I expected but want a phone to last me a few years like this...this seems to have a great spec sheet. But maybe should go for a flagship Samsung instead liking the look of the note ultra and if I dont change it that often the extra money isnt terrible...I have no idea will research more on the weekend
