Credit back to Account on Apple products (Very)

I've never posted a deal before so i hope i get this right. It doesn't stack up to previous 20% credit back offers on most products, but may still be a good deal.

It's not 20% back.
It comes up 'Tiered Apple CTA'?
Not including iPods

Hi 7Day, did you put in the code?
CTA is credit to account. I have ordered an ipad for Christmas. Should get 50 quid back soon
Does anyone know if this work's for the iPhone 8?
I posted the deal, but i did not add the 20% off banner, not sure how it got there. The deal is not 20% i don't think, its a specific amount off of specific items as shown in this picture....

I can’t make out this image. What is the credit back for an iPhone 8 and Apple watches please if anyone knows?
I have had a confirmed email that my credit back will be processed before end of November.
Does it apply for the new apple tv 4k? I cant see it anywhere? The further 20% off is for new customers only?
It popped up on my order (im a new customer)

very do act up and i had to post proof the last time i had 10% off ipad pro a few months ago .. i too just got iphone 8 plus for £799 with £80 discount , the code works for me and gives the 12 months BNPL and i have take screen shots in case they try and fob it off again . other than that £719 + around £15 quidco is great for new iphone .
i spent 36 minutes on the phone to the south african helpline last week trying to get the code to work, they told me to order the product check it was working and then ring the Helpline again and the code would be applied, as the person i spoke to said they would leave a note on my account. ( i tried about a month ago and was told they would also leave a note, so i was prepared). i spent another 30 minutes on the Helpline today the person told me the code was not valid, they kept going away and coming back. after 25 minutes he told me his supervisor would approve the code and that i should ring back tomorrow to see if the code had been applied. i asked would any other charges be applied to the account "no" he said.
each of us know that if i had opened the box and checked the product i would have voided my right to a refund, "used" they would have said. bit of a cheek to be advised to do that i thought.
these codes show up with regularity and i wonder if they are not spam. Alternatively it may be for particular customers, or poorly implemented, either way it is not clear and has failed for me on two separate occasions.
Trustpilot may provide an insight into the hit and miss nature of the service provided by Very, there are equal amounts of "great" and "awful" some "good" swing it slightly in Verys favour but there are an awful lot of complaints given the hit rate.
a fifty fifty chance your service will be terrible and you will feel worse than you would have by going somewhere providing a higher level of service.
I have requested a return on the chatline as i could not check the returns box because they claim this product is exempt from return even though it has not been opened or touched by me. this may contravene the "distance selling" regulation.
on the gov.uk accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds it states under "Penalties for displaying notices"
"! it is illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights, eg a sign that says you don't accept returns or offer refunds". i dare say there may also be a clause about misleading advertising about promotions regarding price. no doubt someone will soon respond saying how great it was for them. there is a site which spots the fake comment. is this one too long?

Apparently one has 14 days to notify of a return request and a further 14 days to get the product back to the sender, 28 days in total.
