    Any idea when expires?
Tells me the code is invalid?
Can this be used by existing customers or new ones only? I can't see where to add a voucher code when choosing to upgrade to the £19.99 plan.

Looks like existing customers upgrading can use it. I added it to the basket and upgraded and it was fine.

Sorry if I'm being dumb but how did you choose to upgrade from the basket?

When I do it if I just add it to the basket it's an additional sim and contract (they tell you to ring 150 if you want to upgrade). To get it as an upgrade I have to go through the link on my account which skips the basket stage with voucher code entry. Unless I'm doing something wrong?

Same question. How do you add the code? Can't see a place. Thanks!

Ok, I found how to do it:

    1. Go to the EE website and log in to your account.
    2. From your account page choose the upgrade option and find and choose the £19.99 deal.
    3. That will take you to a confirmation page, DON'T continue with that, instead open a new tab and go the EE website homepage.
    4. Open your basket. The deal will be there with the option to add a voucher code.

I've just done it that way and it's gone through as an upgrade with the Amazon voucher as well. Just got the wait to see if they honour it now
I'm going through the process now and, despite saying I am an existing customer (and looking for an upgrade of my current SIM) it looks like they send you a new SIM card? Which makes me think it won't be an upgrade, but a new contract.

I was expecting a new sim for mine because I was still on an Orange contract with a 3G sim. Might be worth asking in the online chat if they always send new sims for upgrades though.
I called them this afternoon and after initially being told I hadn't upgraded, but applied for another line, I was transferred to a different department. After some further checks they confirmed it was an upgrade and they won't be sending a new SIM. I had to go through a credit check, which I thought was a little strange I was upgrading (coming to end of contract) and surely they already know my 'score'.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how this has effected my Amazon voucher claim. I suspect something has happened which will result in it not materialising.

It seems as though you can't add the Amazon voucher unless it's a BRAND NEW 2nd line. If you do the upgrade from inside your 'my ee' page, there is nowhere to put the code
