horrible customer care, I've been trying for about a month now to return some stuff I bought not long ago, 50 mins calls without answer, e-mail after e-mail, they are incredible
sorry but cold because it's eurocarparts

Don’t believe it for a second. When the discount goes up so do the base prices. I’ve just checked for my car and they’re still the same price as when they were 30% off.

I now use carparts4less.co.uk sign in, put items in basket then get an email the next day with a 15% off code to finish checkout
Magic deal always had great customer service from Eurocarparts - cant understand the negativity been using em for years mind you their main depot in Scotland is only 7 miles away so maybe that why all deliveries are under 24 hours!

Magic deal just got what i was waiting for great deal!
Thanks OP great post!

Dont forget to use topcashback for 3.53% cashback!

I order some parts a month ago, still waiting on a few bits, calls after calls.
No help what so ever

Why don't you just go to a shop and return it there?
Never had problems with them.

you need a return authorization number for items bought online
You can get the same price in store most of the time without a discount code
I recently bought a battery for £140 after discount and when I went to pick up I asked them about the list price and it was £139.99
And I use carparts4less for non urgent purchases and these is always a code floating around
I ordered these £100 ceramics , the going rate a set of four wheels is £130’ish from every online shop and around the same on eBay but only available in Germany.

Similar story here, 3 weeks waiting for a refund after parts have been returned.

I can confirm that just last week I've returned 2 items without the authorization. Just went in the store and showed the online invoice.
You have 14 days to return your items no questions asked. In store or arange a pick up.
If is past the 14 days than you have to explain why you are returning the items and the they have to authorize the return.

Carparts4less are the same company same website same part numbers but cheaper so they get an extra slice of the market.
Do not use. They send the wrong parts for the vehicle number plate entered, and then refuse to take anything back.

My local shop is not that friendly. Staff act there like they're G's
Car parts 4 less is part of euro car parts
Always compare offer price with EBay price.
I needed some Brembo discs for a Honda. Worked out as; 30% off on Euro car parts site, 50% off on EBay from Euro car parts, and 70% off EBay for another supplier.
I bought from the other supplier on EBay, and they arrived in a Euro car parts box.

Sorry to hear that. I believe it's your right to return the items and you should point this out. It's in their t&c's

Never had a problem with them but then ive never had to return anything. Ive found their discounts as good as any of the others most of which ive used over time. I tend to return to ECP as ordering is a breeze and free delivery is a bonus. Personally I would go to my local ECP store to return goods. Sounds like they need to improve their Customer Service.

Yes it’s a subsidiary. But online only so cheaper.

Never had a problem apart from spark plugs which they swopped immediately for the correct ones. Use them all the time but only if they are cheaper and in stock but always collect so you can confirm you've got the correct bits. I think most of the comments are from people who probably don't like sports direct and sky as well

LOL absolutely. ECP have been around for ages. They are often the cheapest but like you say it pays to shop around. I posted an ECP deal previously and it got hammered. Lots of ECP trolls around unfortunately.
Like others I normally use their sister site carparts4forless.

Code still working 5 mins ago. Just had a quick look, not particularly scientific though, and was surprised that this deal came out cheaper that CP4L using code BRAKES18.

Problem I’ve found is that the Slough branch are incredibly slow, you end up waiting ages so not great.
