Every day sees a new sale with this lot, the DFS of the motor industry.

High time they were investigated by some form of watchdog.

The price of oil has gone down. Yet despite the many sales on this site including oil, with every sale it appears to increase.

Am I the only one to notice?
Hope all who ordered get the same level of non existent customer service as i have. You have been warned.

Charming.

Never had any issues personally but I mainly use there sister site carparts4less.
Having to go through bank chargeback to recover money for item never received from 2 months ago absolute shambles of a company

I'm still waiting for parts I ordered 3 months ago. They never reply to emails.

Same experience here with ECP.

Even through lockdown they had parts for my car ready for collection. Any issues that I've taken a few things back for and exchange / refund been ok
Don’t know what people are complaining about - I ordered my oil on March 22nd and it arrived on May 12th. Sure it was meant to take 2days and it took 51 days and sure they never responded to any of my queries, webchats or calls but apart from that it was a perfect transaction - Wouldn’t be rushing to use them again
Ordered 5 items 9 weeks ago, 4 arrived so far over the last 8 weeks, emailed and phoned them (2 hour wait) and they agreed to post, only 1 of two missing items arrived, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had ( still awaiting last item) paypal claim ongoing, terrible beyond words. Almost like they are deliberately sabotaging themselves
Use them for click and collect prior to lockdown, ordered brake pads Friday afternoon for Saturday morning collection, I got there Just after midday, when I turned up they said they had sold the part as I hadn’t paid for it (which you don’t in advance with their click and collect) and they could order the part in which won’t be with them until Monday. Good job I hadn’t booked a mechanic for the afternoon to fit the brake pads...

I ordered oil on the 23rd of march. It never arrived and still no refund. I've had to make a PayPal claim.

I've never had problems with the branches but the problem being unless you are a key worker or trade you are not allowed into branch so you are forced to order online if you the have problems the branch will not want to know and you are left at the mercy of their online customer service which is not fit for purpose
If you pay attention the prices are constantly changing depending on how much the discount rate is.
Must be lucky as never had an issue with ECP, store pick ups or home delivery. Always been good and best price vs Halfords etc

Let me guess - it was the gulf 5w30 X 4L at £5.32 a carton. This is what I ordered and it took 51 days but as they say “better late than never”
People love promoting eurocarparts and there fake vouchers / sales. They inflate there prices to compensate the vouchers. Hahaha so right mugs out there.

Never had any issue with them always phone me up to let me know my order is ready and always very friendly
The parts that were listed for my car arrived and did not fit. Although I accept that these things happen, I did not appreciate the 2 months of chasing them up to organise a return for them to one day message me out of the blue with nothing more than a collection time for the next day. Wasn’t given an address to put on my returned items, had to find this out myself. Since they collected my items, I am still waiting on a refund. Quick to take your money, certainly not quick to give it back. Despite some people I know having decent experiences with them, I will not spend my money here again.
Wont be around for much longer. The grim reaper awaits Ecp.
What is the point in the constant sales?

Cynic in me it's so garages can invoice customers at full price but actually purchase at discount.
