I’ve had this once, too, plus some issues with delayed orders.

Like a lot of places, if your transaction goes entirely smoothly on Food Hub you’re sorted, but even the slightest wobble and you’re relying on dire customer services to help you.

I've tried both and it *is* normally easier to deal with the takeaway if you want an update on an order. But if you want a refund you have to deal with the website, sadly.

This is still a hot deal if a takeaway you want is on there, but 'buyer beware' and all that.
The £5 one doesnt work - already used the autumn 5 one? Can anyone confirm?

Nope, used it last week, doesn't work this week Neither does WINTER5. which I've never used. Raided Voucher Codes for 10 x £5 off £10 Spend Vouchers. so should be sorted until 16th December lol

Too much hassle to be honest, creating multiple accounts and email addresses Just easier and quicker to grab multiple codes from Voucher Cloud and use them as and when I please within the same account

Foodhub is a shambles - took money for a takeaway listed on their site, I waited 1.5 hours for an order which didnt arrive. Phoned restaurant that had never heard of Foodhub. Basically fraud

Absolutely agree!! I was praising them before as well, but then had issues. Ended up ordering a meal, contacting them 1 hour after receiving confirmation email that the Shop had received my order and was "Preparing" my meal, asking the shop where my order was, they asked me to confirm address, I did, I was told the delivery driver was out delivering to someone else, and I'd be next in the queue to receive my order once he returned. An hour later, still nothing, phoned them again, wasted 20 Minutes on the phone, to then basically be told that they no longer use Foodhub's Platform!!! Spent 10 minutes on Live Chat to Foodhub speaking to a Robot, who then passes me on to what they describe as a "Human" who took 30+ minutes to respond. Foodhub (apparently) contacted the takeaway by phone to see what the issue was, then the customer service adviser informed me that the takeaway "was not delivering that night" So I was basically lied to. Not happy with having to wait almost 3 hours with no food, and money being taken from my account, I left both shop and foodhub a 1* Rating along with a review of my experience, which they then quickly disabled leaving comments. I was not even offered a new £5 off £10 code to use, as the black friday one never worked, so the code I ended up using was not a generic one and therefore couldn't be reused. Racked off Service, will never use again.
