This one looks to be open to everyone, guess it's Ford trying to get more work as business will have gone quiet with less car use. T's&C's are at https://www.ford.co.uk/owner/service-and-maintenance/service-promotions/fast-start
I have a 17reg so on the 1 year scheme I missed my 3rd service due to pandemic but I’ve not really used my car. If you call Ford they can advise on price.
was that the old 12,500/1yr schedule or the new 18-20,000/2yr?
£279 for a major service on my fiesta with Ford, my brother in law works for quick fit & I still wouldn’t use them
I'm guessing the KUGA will cost more than a fester, not sure why, all the checks are the same or very similar. If you look at your servcie book it should say when the services are due and be stampped when it was last done. I hope its been done at least once before.
Thanks, my main service next time so will look at alternatives although I wouldn't be surprised to find I'd changed car before then... already buttering up the Mrs :-)
Heat added as this is a nice discount :-) All main dealers should offer the 1 year extension to your Ford Recovery. I agree it's a nice addition. I have a Ford direct car that's still got it's 2 years AA recovery left on mine so that's not an issue. To maintain your warranty and use a non-Ford garage they must follow the Ford ETIS schedule and use Ford approved parts. I trust my local garage more than my local Evans Helshaw franchise so I simply provide the 5w20 Magnatec oil to my garage and they follow the official schedule. Cost me £105 for the service and £35 for 5 litres of 5w20. This was on a 2 year old MK8 EcoBoost Fiesta.
£200 for a service at a main dealership for many brands not unusual.
Just had my interim service done at a main dealer. It's an expensive oil change as most of it is simply visually checking. However you need the proper service to maintain some warranties, and you can't guarantee the right spec oil in some non Ford places, especially if you have an Ecoboost. My main dealer gave me a 'free' years breakdown and recovery Inc home start so that really sweetened the price somewhat.
Agree you can almost certainly get cheaper servicing elsewhere (local garage or Kwikfit) but some may prefer to stick to main dealer servicing
I suppose this deal is good for someone, but the bigger issue is why would anyone buy a ford if you dont want bad customer service and rip off prices while there are many other better looking reliable cars out there
You can usually negotiate the price down a bit, as I do each year. For my MOT and service, are usually look to get about £50 off the price. They probably compensate I’m not doing half of the work, but the forward documentation does increase the value of the car And the breakdown cover is useful.
I use the local ford garage for my servicing purely for convenience. They are over priced but breakdown cover has came in handy when I had my last car.
You get free breakdown cover as well if you have your car serviced. Not saying it's a good price but some people don't know about the breakdown cover
Rip off prices. Go to trusted local VAT registered garage.
30 Pounds off Ford Motorcraft Service Orginal Price £149.00 ( £119.00 After Discount) ONLINE ONLY !!
Just had to book a service and managed to get £10 off using FORD10. Thanks!
Thank you got £20 off my service.!
Can't get this to work on a 3yr £255 diesel service. The SERVICE20 code does work though but only if I don't try MCDIG10 first. All the codes below are available. MCDIG10 - Motorcraft services SAT20 - Motorcraft services on saturdays MC119 - Motorcraft services FORD10 - Motorcraft and scheduled services SERVICE20 - Motorcraft and scheduled services But depends which order you enter them, as some codes seem to be invalidated depending on which are entered before.
Hartwell Ford didnt accept this code, so it might be customer or dealer specific !!
Did anyone book a service successfully with this code and received the discount or should we receive an email from Ford with this code?

Thanks to whoever has edited this deal and filled all the right fields. :) Will know what to enter next time.
You would be better off buying from "Rates Ford" on eBay. I bought heaps of stuff for my motor and the savings were huge.
Just to manage expectations, it's more like 'upto 25%'. There's an awful lot that is still way more than the going rate. I'd recommend drawing inspiration from the accessories/extras on their site, but buying elsewhere.

Has anyone heard back about the offer? Had a drive test drive in the new Focus, turns out to be over £100/mth more than my evoque, with them saying that the focus will lose a load in depreciation thus the higher cost. They said someone would be in touch re: the hotel offer but that was just short of a month ago...
Did mine today on a Mustang GT, Lovely car. Apparently they forward our details onto the Marketing Team and they get in touch with us regarding the offer.
Did the test drive today....took 10mins and then further 10mins chat and all done
Such a random offer

I only use cards with 0% interest and no balance transfer fees
Do you end up having large bank transfer fees on the cards? So would you end up making a smaller amount of 'profit' after paying the fee?
It doesn't really matter now as the account is no longer available but I believe it is because if you have a Cash ISA product with one provider it can be classed as a "split ISA" and so you can have multiple accounts but they are all part of the same ISA product.
Again, I thought the rules on ISAs was clear, only 1 new Cash ISA per Tax Year.
That's what was being discussed.

Code is still valid btw. I have just used it and got £10 off.
Thank you Graham1979. I have a Skoda myself (I love my VRS!) - this is the first time that I have involved myself with a Ford (other than owning a Cortina Mk4 in the "old days") - current models are not my own cup of tea but even if one person gets a deal out of it, it is worth the post!? sierra111
This is a good deal but in fairness it has been around for years. I have used it for past 3 years. Ford parts at a Ford dealership with 12 months AA cover with home start. The extra 70 quid service includes fuel filter and with the cost of the filter and time taken its worth getting it done every 2 - 3 years (I only do 6k a year). The TDCI fuel filter are not self priming which catch people out when the engine wont start after replacing.
Cheers for the link EveshamLad - I hadn't seen that!

Ford Focus MK1 Clarion 6 Disc Changer £29.99 plus postage @ fordpartsuk£29.99
fordpartsuk have the Clarion 6 CD Changer Kit for the MK1 Ford Focus (98-05) reduced from £490 to only £29.99 plus postage. Sounds like a bargain.
I can't remember the last time I saw a Mk1 Focus, they seem to be like 'shake yer ass' Renaults, most of them must have gone to the crusher. Shurely no-one is going to spend money on 11 to 16 year old bangers?
A classic shed is more appropriate
Fred &'Wilma Flintstone, Barney Rubble
just fit a aux cord or use usb flash drive looool
I would hardly call a 2005 Ford focus a classic!
