    Rubbish company, no customer service. Returned few items back to debenhams its been over 4 weeks now no refunds or response from them

    I had the exact same issue. You are covered under consumer rights act 2015. I.e if the parcel is lost by Hermes, it is still up to Debenhams to refund you. To get it sorted, I phoned my bank and they done a chargeback on the Debenhams transactions, so I got my money back for my orders. I would suggest that anyone else in this predicament does the same (edited)

    I placed 6 different orders equating to £400 in jackets they were all returned and refunded.
