I would positively vote but if things go wrong with Uber the customer service is absolutely shocking. We’ve had the minor issues with missing sauces from McDonald’s but last night they turned up with a happy meal to feed a family of 4, it took over an hour to resolve with customer services (driver and restaurant didn’t want to know) and food was so cold it must have been sitting there all that time. Refused a refund or to do anything positive and can only be described as difficult and obstructive in trying to resolve things.

Uber Eats and Deliveroo should be avoided at all costs, as someone whose worked for a pizzeria they (UE and Deliveroo) were the worst to deal with, often deliveries would be accepted by drivers straight away, which means we've gotta prepare the food because he/she will be here in 20 minutes, right? Wrong. Drivers would take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours to arrive so we'd have customers complaining their food was cold, so we started advising customers to avoid UE and Deliveroo and buy directly from us, they'd avoid the delivery charge too.

Got the email but when I put the code in, it says I’m ineligible. What a joke
I have 2 accounts and this works with one of them, so thank you!
Not working for me. Maybe because I just finished the previous free delivery promotion.
Same. If all is good it’s a good deal. We ordered tea last night and not sure if because of the offer for the 1st hour delivery was just pushed back. To top it off our cyclist started to go opposite direction. 1h40min later he when he finally picked up the phone we just to shouted at. It’s not like Uber have made it very clear where to contact them and I think I could only count us lucky that charge was cancelled. Cornflakes for dinner it was
