Free KFC delivery with Uber Eats

Worked on my account. Shame I don't like KFC but it's good for those who do, so heat added

I've got a KFC about a mile down the road.
They don't deliver.
They suck.

I think KFC was added yesterday as they popped up then on mine too. I've never seen them on there before.

Same. I've seen them on Deliveroo so they've probably decided to offer free delivery to promote the expansion to another platform

If I have 3 KFCs in my city, can I choose which one I want delivery from? There are 2 I refuse to eat at

So true! Just looked up the price of the 'Mighty Bucket for One' Meal on the App and it's £8.19. I paid £5.99 for one on Saturday!

yeh the price gets bumped up for meals on ubereats. shame really

That’s the case with most if not all restaurants on food delivery apps. Free delivery or not prices always are higher on the app

Just eat. Deliveroo and uber all charge more then In store prices regardless of the free delivery promo

Probably due to Ubereats taking a rather large percentage of the sale

Of which isn't available to everyone for the same restaurant. KFC has not been available on share a courier for me that I have seen when checking the app. It depends on your location as to which options are available to you

Uber is got what they call a geo fence which is been requested not toencourage people to order online if they live close to their restaurant so if you have one far away (up to 3miles I think) you can order

Ok let me break it down for you KFC has got 3 system in place at the moment Deliveroo Justeat and the last one (which I personally know) is UBEREATS they charge % on the sale of the order plus delivery so the restaurant set their price higher to cover these cost

Load of rubbish I live 0.8miles from my KFC and can order through Uber eats

The state of the Uber eats guy I saw in my local McDonalds picking up food made me realise why I’m happy to collect myself....No polite way of saying this he absolutely stunk and had dirty hands and over grown fingernails which were dirty 🤮🤢

I think advertising free delivery & charging for it through dynamic pricing is likely a no-no under consumer protection from unfair trading practices law.

Did some of you really think that Uber Eats - and other apps - are offering the same price as in-store? sorry to burst your bubble but most if not all restaurants have a mark up on food delivery apps whether deliver is free or not.

When the promotion ends the prices your seeing today will remain the same on the app except you’ll pay delivery on top. Not a difficult one to figure out.
