Thank you BobDylan.
How do you enter the code?

EDIT: Actually, it's OK I found it in the other thread. It's on the preferences screen. They do a good job at hiding it though.

This works well on Parcel2Go, just enter OFFERFREE in the promo prompt field

Where to enter the promo code:

1. Get a quote from the main page

2. Choose the courier

3. Fill the details

4. Click on "Do you have a promotion code?"

5. Enter OFFERFREE

6. Check the "Total" on the right side, there should be a zero or £10 discount if your order is over £10.

Code not valid
Hiya. Thanks, OP. This worked a treat for me just 10 minutes ago. The code that's working is FIRSTFREE and is still valid for new customers.

parcel2go.com/

Look at grey banner at top of URL

"Terms and Conditions
If you have more than one parcel the code will be worth up to £10 (inclusive of VAT) off the cheapest item.
If your order comes to over £10 (inclusive of VAT) for a single parcel, the code will cover £10 of the total order value.
This code is only applicable for your first order with Parcel2Go and only one code may be used per household.
This code is not applicable for any extra compensation beyond the standard compensation included in the initial price.
Not valid with any other offer.
Limited time offer that may be withdrawn at any time.
Age restriction on this service 18+."

Edit: The FIRSTFREE code worked for me sending a parcel to the USA, which ended up being only £4.20 instead of £14.20.

7.5Kg isn't heavy. Just check the first & second picture in comment #5. It's clearly working with 10Kg parcel.
What is actually not working? It doesn't show the couriers? Or doesn't accept the code?
I just tried right now with 20Kg parcel and the code has been accepted.

Seemed to be the dimensions of the parcel. I typed in 50x 50x 50x and it automatically went to expensive services. I changed it to smaller and it worked

I'm glad it worked for you and thanks for letting us know.

And here you can watch how your parcel will reach the delivery destination: youtube.com/wat…hnA
I used the FREEFIRST voucher when paying for a parcel worth £9.18 to post. The receipt said 00.00 to pay. But checking my bank account later £9.18 had been taken out by Parcel2go. Can anybody explain this please. and can I get a refund? Phone numbers 08717030832 is not in service any more. Or 01204387098 which just keeps ringing and ringing. Any body know of any other number to call?

I'm sorry to hear that. It looks like the code has not been accepted in the first place otherwise it wouldn't ask you for the card details.
After quick search here is some phone numbers: 08713308066 or 01204 387098 or 01204 544960.

Thanks for this, I'm gonna give it a go, and hopefully one of the codes used last work for me (new customer)

Just tried it - fingers crossed it all works ok!

Thanks!
Thanks so much had bought something online that was junk and they wanted me to pay to return. Only cost me 90p (needed compensation upgrade)
Worked for me today! Didn't cover 'optlional' extras with UPS or MyHermes such as insuring the full cost of the item (instead of £50 / £20 respectively) but left me with a bill of £1.50-odd for a sub-20kg box with UPS, with drop-off at a local newsagent. Excellent.

CityLink and ParceForce. Both just a bit over £10, means it won't be completely free.
