Pretty aggressive company

Thanks, the customer service bot seemed helpful enough when I couldn't locate where you put the offer code in.

I would never use Parcel2Go again. I sent a set of boxed casserole dishes to someone less than 5 miles away and then completely smashed them even though they were well packaged in an strong corrugated cardboard outer box and loads of foam pellets and marked as fragile. My friend said it looked like the box had been squashed as the corners had bowed out. Parcel2Go never paid any compensation and the customer service was appalling. Really frustrating as I used Parcel2Go to get the parcel delivered early rather than taking them myself at the weekend.
to be fair parcel2go are only the middlemen, i've used them a few times for inpost & myhermes and except for one parcel (_;) thats not been delivered as we speak, the couriers have been ok
AVOID YODEL, Fraudulent activity a plenty with drivers claiming they delivered successfully and faking signatures. Check out @YodelHell on twitter.
good deal
If you use it, only recommend using UPS. Based on my own experience -- I haven't had any problems with any of the companies. Based on other people's feedback I recommend only using UPS.
Thanks just used it.

Ups on trustpilot has got a really low score (but I guess that only people who have a problem would review it)
The best one seems collect+ (which Im not sure works for this deal) and then parcelforce, going by all the reviews.
Can't seem to get this to work now by adding letters to my house number. Also tried adding '#' or 'No.' before but the discount gets taken off. Not quite sure what they go by now? I assume it's postcode, which makes it pretty much impossible to re-use

I just used my code to send a 1.5 kilograms parcel to France and it costed me a dear £3.16 ! This is really hot. ! I have been able to send all my Xmas presents for my brothers. Voted Hot. It us cheaper to drop the parcel yourself I saved just over £4. I have used Hermes in the past and never had a trouble.
Do you know if you can use the code again but with a different email address ?

I've used the voucher twice by using a different email and house number, but I tried different combinations yesterday and couldn't get anything to work

One thing I remember not trying was a different surname, but I'd always be worried if that's what they use as I'm sure it would void any insurance you've paid for, etc. Also using a different postcode would mess with the couriers sat nav and could end up in them not actually picking it up...

Just went to Collect+ in the end. 20% discount for new members, so only cost me £5.70 or so to send 2.8KG to N. Ireland (Tracked, signed & £50 insured) compared to £9 on Parcel Monkey with £20 insurance.

How did you get the 20% discount for new members at Collect+? I don't see this mentioned on their website
