Isn’t contents extended cover for bikes cheaper? I’ll have to get a quote from CRC to see!

Ok it was a lot more but you do get better health personal cover.

Could you explain in a bit more detail? Thanks.

The CRC has more personal health and injury cover. My home contents cover, covers my bikes up to £2K each Including own damage for £3 extra on top. I doubt my contents would cover broken teesh like CRC. Would have to check the small print of either policy.

Every cycle which is used for road use should be insured. It should be compulsory I am sure there'd be less cyclists on the road then except the ones who can actually ride
Presumed liability should be law in the UK. I’m sure then there’d be a lot less careless driving causing death and injury to cyclists on our roads.

Cyclists and vehicles alike, it’s the narrow minded minority who don’t give a stuff what’s around them.

If it moves on the road common sense tells you to get insured, should be compulsory.
Got all the way to payment screen and says code invalid.

That wont stop anyone, what about the people driving round with no tax or insurance or mot.People will do what they want and until proper punishment is given it will continue.Im not anti bike, and give them the room they deserve. And hopefully i get the same back when i go out on mine. But some sort of insurance isnt a bad idea.
I got my bikes covered for £4 each on the house insurance...
I haven't checked their price but I have my bikes insured with velosure.

My home insurance could be extended to cover the cost but it was limited in what they offered in comparison to specialist bicycle insurance. I like the fact that I'm insured if injured whilst out cycling and also the excess fee isn't ridiculous for when my bike is eventually stolen, because it will be!
