It doesn't suit mine as much as the salmon and potato simpsons, it's just readily available if I let my simpsons run out. I'm in the breeders club and pay £34 for a 15kg sack of simpsons, you just have to order 2 at a time. I've never tried fishmongers, I'd stick with what suits.
If it was the Dry form of Applaws, the only different ingredient that may of been a problem is cellulose. Cellulose low grade ingredient Cellulose is the scientific term for dietary fibre. It can come from the cell walls of all plants and is almost entirely indigestible to dogs which is good as its undigested form provides a wide range of benefits. Despite the benefits cellulose can have, it can be a controversial ingredient. As I mentioned above, cellulose is present in all plant cells and is abundant in many vegetables, fruits and grains. Some vegetables like sugar beet contain a very high proportion of fibre and are used as good quality, whole-food fibre supplements. Pure cellulose, on the other hand, is a white, odourless powder most often made from paper or wood pulp! (it really is!). Cellulose is found in many light diets since it helps to bulk out the diet whilst providing almost zero calories. As fibre supplements go, cellulose powder is not the best and some nutritionists recommend avoiding it altogether.
EBT have you ever known Applaws cause dry skin with your dogs? Caused issues with 2 of mine, had them on it for a fair while, and coats were dull as well as skin flaky. Switched to Fishmongers (60% fish) and their coats/skin improved hugely. Just wondered if others had the same issue, I know it's supposed to be an excellent food but just didn't suit mine.
Worth looking at Skinners duck or salmon varieties...the others don't seem great, but those 2 varieties will beat the contents of many brands twice the price!! Generally about £26 per 15kg for the duck, bit more for the salmon.
No need to be a member of Costco, just get someone that is already a member to do you a favour.
Worst food ever. Please do some research before fedding your best buddies pedigree or iams
Agree with iampav try CSJ, we moved our Rotties to CSJ a little over a year ago and they 'Woof' it down, great prices and good choice. Last week just ordered the 4 x 15Kg bags we need for a month just under £70 delivered total.
Can get great food directly from CSJk9. Very recommended and free samples if requested to try first.
Its like most things they hope you dont spot they have reduced the size to make it appear cheaper. And, yes it is a good price.
Used to be 15kg bags....Why change them to 12kg ? Just out of interest, those who are voting cold, can you tell me where you can get it cheaper ?

Nope sorry, for treats I don't bother too much about quality, I just buy whatever is on offer X)
Now I just have to find the appropriate dog treats to change over too as well. Any recommendations??
Those two foods are a perfect example. Skinners Duck & Rice is actually cheaper in some places than Pedigree Complete Chicken & Rice (both can be bought for roughly £20-25) but the Skinners is far better quality.
Pets At Home have two bags of the Beta above for fifty quid . Much cheaper making this a very poor deal . http://www.petsathome.com/shop/dog/dog-food-treats/all-dry-dog-food/?ref1=1|Brand-|Beta Oops my mistake I read your op as £44 per bag ...DOH
I'm just in the process of changing my staffie mix from pedigree dry complete to skinners duck and rice. Not much price difference and skinners is much better for my dog according to the ingredients.

£22 per bag is a very good price for this food - but it's full price is way, way over-inflated, and there are better quality foods available at a similar price. For example, at the bottom of the product page in that link, the Burgess Supadog Salmon & Rice is better and it's only £22 (or the Lamb & Rice is £21).

The link has been removed now - I doubt that the free delivery offer ever actually existed. The other two GJW Titmuss quidco offers have been left on even though they don't actually exist either. Can someone please expire (this deal)! Ps topcashback do more cashback than quidco for GJW Titmuss.
There is something very dodgy about this Quidco offer - I just spoke to a chap at GJW Titmuss and he said that he'd never heard of such an offer and it is not something that they would do. Seems to me that it's been made up by somebody.
Can anyone get it to work?
No I can't get the link to work either, shame I would of liked these, cheap price
Actually I can't get the quidco link to work now that I'm trying to buy - has anyone else got it working?
