Waste of time !!! ordered first time , said accepted £20 voucher . happy days !! (y) then printed off paperwork no discount applied ( not so happy days :( (annoyed) ) I called CS they said , could not be applied as it was coming from Barnstaple !! , EXTREMELY MISLEADING SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED, I would not have placed the order if I had known. cs said that the store would give me a voucher for free delivery when they bring my shopping, which is valid for 1 month. No thank you .

I got banned from Sainsbury's! Hahaha, I have my other methods now for them

i am an old customer. i put the code in and it worked. do you think they would ignore the voucher as i am not a first timer

Just wasted my time setting up two accounts to take advantage of this and neither would accept it!!! Must have run out. Deal should be removed

This is absolutely ridiculous, over over 800 quid in many shopping basket and they won’t apply the voucher because I’m in the wrong postcode, I am however a first time and last time customer. They say they’re trying to promote the Dartford store, well the other will suffer then!!

It's only for some areas around DARTFORD, KENT. Which is very, very far from a nationwide voucher. It's basically just one area in the whole UK.

For all of you unable to use the discount code, like me. Use TopCashback and get £5.25 off your shop. Something is better than nothing:D

I also had problems with the voucher being accepted. I ended up calling customer services who I had to send a screenshot of the voucher to. They then deducted the £20 from their end.

I don't recommend it. I've tried "mystery" and it smells like a cheap mens perfume. It's too potent for my taste as well. Also, I bought it in ASDA and have never be credited for the promised £2.99. Supersavvyme ignored 3 emails I've sent them. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed.

It's £4 a litre! That'sexpensive for conditioner! For the price premium it needs to offer something the standard versions such as better smelling, more potent or better longevity. Has anyone tried it and can give a review?

Has anyone a copy of the voucher? I only have a work laptop so I can't install the coupon printer and it doesn't work on iPad :(

Well when i saw this deal everyone was like it works for me so i added £60 easter eggs amd entered the code. Next day i found it had expired so i thought od check but luckily its still there. I still need to use it but topcashback had £15 Asda cashback for new customers only

only catch with a lot of hungry horse money off deals is that you cannot use in conjunction with deals like the 2 for £8, it must be full price stuff

Wow what a stupid web system. I tried it and it claims: Order promotion promo7990031 has expired and cannot be used in the order. While when you look at the voucher's terms and conditions on the same page it says "valid until 11:59 p.m. on 31/10/2016" thanks for wasting my time ASDA, next time get your coupon system working

It's so stupid how they handle 'first orders' I didn't add the voucher it at first because I knew I'd be going back to amend the order but the system seems to treat amendments as orders so now it won't apply it.

customer services says e voucher is not being accepted with first order but will show on second order I said it would not then fulfill the requirements of being a first order.No discount has been given for voucher code despite me calling up customer service and it is indeed a first order

Does this no Longer work tried like 30 different 7 digit combinations after the 140 and it just keeps saying invalid code, and when you got a bill of £133 per tyre and you need 4 10% is a bit like living the dream (y) (y)

Did this back in April. Asda put the order through 4 times, then when credit card company queried the debits they cancelled the order. Only via 6 calls to their South African call centre, was it rearranged for next day, then ASDA refused the discount. AVOID

Annoying isn't it, as long as you didn't check out again your original order will be delivered.

I did my shop, added the voucher. It said the voucher had been added but the discount didn't come off. Now on my order confirmation the voucher doesn't show.

Shockingly inept online grocery operation. Tried ASDA online grocery as a new customer they tried to take payment 4 times, credit card suspended for fraudulent activity and order cancelled by Asda - took 2 months to get a weak apology. Customer Services based overseas and utterly useless. Avoid like the plague

I seriously don't get some people, if someone is spending £60 on their usual asda groceries and can get free £10 off why would u vote cold....maybe you wanna give them the £10? then don't put the discount code but please for the love of God please explain why free £10 off is cold? if it's the minimum £60 then obviously your shopping isn't big enough and you don't need to worry about it....? :|
