£5 off a £40 spend on a online shop at Iceland before 20th July 2020

Posted 15th Jul

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Just had an email for £5 off a £40 ONLINE spend.
Valid until Monday 20th July 2020.
Enter the code 'ICE5OFF40' on the basket page.

Once used, you will get a second code in a few days time.

Useful for anyone planning on doing an online shop with them by Monday.
Not too bad, as they tend to give out codes for your NEXT shop when you spend £60.

Hopefully it is a generic code and works for others too

Please post if it works, thanks.

Farmfoods is better: Change my mind

Do they do home delivery? Iceland have been excellent throughout the pandemic and I believe my parents would have starved without them, only place they could ever get a delivery slot
Iceland have been great during the worst times of this pandemic. As others have said, one of the only supermarkets that had accessible home delivery slots, and still maintained the free home delivery for over £35 as well. And also giving codes like this when other supermarkets are not doing discounts at all, so can't fault them.

Worked for me,thanks 😁
Thank you very much for this worked a treat
I ordered just before I saw this and there doesn't seem to be an option to add to a checked out shop? Nuts.

It says in the T’s & C’s that of you edit your shopping to add or remove items you need to re-enter the code for it to be applied so you could try that if you wanted to

Thanks,
Still can't find where to actually enter it, but nevermind. I wasn't expecting a fiver off when I did it.

Never tried their own brand things. I'd say the same for Iceland where their own branded products have been given great taste accolades, and the evidence does live up to the hype.
Thanks, free delivery and also some cashback from Quidco!
There isn't an option on my account to apply the discount code
Worked a treat, when the ICE5OFF65 didn't - thanx!

Yeah mate you can buy your essentials from here too, go to items for £1/£2 and you should hit your 35 in no time. Not too sure if you're into frozen pizza but their made in italy range is lovely.

Great if you want all your food with very short use by dates. Store managers are told to push short dated items to home delivery.

When you are shielding then home delivery has been essential to us. We have used Iceland all through the lockdown as the bigger supermarkets had no slots for weeks. Now its easier to get slots we switch between morrisons and Iceland. All through this we have never had a short dated item. I have go used to online shopping and at the moment would not go back to shopping in the supermarkets

Yes I had to complain to them about this twice as every single fresh item came with a next day use by date except one of them which had already expired! Makes sense now that you have said this - I won't be buying fresh items from them in future!
For those that can’t find voucher box scroll down from checkout past list of items and the box is there to enter code ! 41417604-FZKZJ.jpg

Can attest that this is rubbish. Managers are told to go to back of shelf and give longest date. Anything with only a day is not allowed to be sent.

Can't order online with Farmfoods.
shazad17/07/2020 13:49

Wow £5 off

Show us something better then. Since the pandemic there has been virtually no discounts for any online grocery delivery stores (in-store isn't the same thing as those of us with sense don't want the risk). Until this week best deal I had been able to get at Iceland is a paltry £1 off, so this is 5x better than that and if you stick exactly to the £40 minimum it works out 1/8th off, which really isn't bad at all IMHO....

Seconded, Farmfoods probably better price wise most of the time but much like Aldi if they don't deliver it's pointless for those of us who want to stay home and safe and away from potential Covid...
This offer is for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY.
