Filed for a refund with Paypal on Sunday at around 2pm, they didn't contest it or argue it. I think it was maybe an hour and a half later that the full refund had been issued.
That is exactly what I received after ordering £28 worth of stuff. The tulips looked awful too.
they emailed to say they'd be here yesterday - waited around all day - still nothing!!
Don't bother with this bunch of jokers, ordered a large lilys and roses with personalised card and balloon, we have tonight received a pathetic sized bunch of tulips with a non-personalised card and chocs. Fuming.
Mine came today even tho wanted delivery tomorrow, with no card or chocolates! I'm fuming!

To be fair I probably wasn't the only one, people are generally very quick to complain. However, I won't be posting a deal from this company again :D
After looking at their reviews and recent posts on Twitter, it seems you are the only person who hasn't been scammed. There must be at least 100 people kicking off that i've seen. I noticed you posted this thread too, hmmm..
I ordered the gift bag and MIL was delighted with hers. I haven't seen the plant but she isn't backwards about coming forward, so I think it was fine! I would take a photo and ask for a refund JackBauer.
Anyone else order from these? I ordered £28 worth of stuff and received some half dead looking tulips on the wrong delivery date.
Worked ok for me. Bet they are the smallest plants they could find.

Free Mothers Day Weekened Delivery, Card and Chocolates with Selected Boquets until Wednesday at iFlorist
Selected bouquets come with free delivery, free chocolates and free personalised card until Wednesday.
Ordered from them on one day, delivered the next as I requested, to my partner's work place, a few days before Christmas. So the one time I used them I was very happy.
Order for birthday arrived after a week later.
Avoid this company
This company is AWFUL ... I very rarely suggest to read online reviews as people will only take to reviewing online if they have a bad experience. But in this case the reviews are not far off what I have experienced all 3 times I ordered from them in the last 12 months! Valentines flowers ordered a week before the 14th last year, arrived 18th Feb. Mothers day flowers orders tues/weds before mothering Sunday 2013 - Arrived on the Tuesday after. Birthday flowers ordered on a 24hr delivery arrived FOUR days later. They use YODEL, enough said.

Anyone else order from these? I ordered £28 worth of stuff and received some half dead looking tulips on the wrong delivery date. Searched for iflorist on twitter and there is hundreds of people who all received the same crap as me. Massive scam! I notice 'ethanlovesdeals' has posted numerous iFlorist deals and are defending them. An employee perhaps?
Terrible flowers last year from florist, it was embarrassing and would never recommend.
not purchased from these personally but know somebody who has. can't reach them by phone only email which they take several days to answer. bit of a nightmare.
money off, cashback, free chocs....still not worth it....disappointed with the 2 orders ive placed in the past...wont ever be ordering from these guys.

All four lots I ordered arrived on the specified day and were well received. I saw 2 lots when I visited friends who I had sent them to and they did look good, worth every penny. I used to use Next Flowers but in the last year gave up because of let downs on delivery and no shows.
I ordered some for my Mum last Christmas as she was battling terminal cancer. THEY WERE SHOCKINGLY BAD!!! it was two wilting stems of daisy type flowers, it was meant to be a Christmas bouquet!! I complained to company (with photos) I was offered a £5.00 discount off my next order after three emails and 4 months complaining about them!! Rubbish flowers, Rubbish company.
I didn't realize they were a global company, reviews not so good Stateside, guess they work like Interflora and act as a go between with independent florists. As we well know quality control is very difficult to keep in check. I've had flowers through independent florists and some have been brilliant others mediocre.
I've used them about 12 times and no issues, just ordered 4 separate lots of Christmas flowers so will find out shortly if they have gone down hill.
