I wouldn't buy direct from Jabra, their customer service is poor at best. Took me 3/4 months to get a refund out of them then one of their own staff nicked my return. Lucky I took a picture of it before sending it to them. They denied receiving it for ages (even though I had tracking info that showed it was delivered and signed for) and then said I sent an empty box.
