My parcel never got delivered - not Kerastase fault directly but Hermes.. However customer service at Kerastase is an absolute joke - they arent able send replacements (not in their policy).. had no clue what to do about a missing parcel.. and in fact lied to me about the tracking status.. no call backs when promised.. seems like I have to wait for them to do whatever they have to do admin wise before getting a refund - however had no contact back from them.. So more phaffing about trying to get this sorted. Not a company I will be using again.
I ordered a shampoo at £16.50 which showed as pending for ages. I emailed a chaser to be told it was out of stock and I could choose something else for same or lesser value or cancel the order. There was nothing available at that price so I told them there was no option but to cancel. They have since taken payment, ive received a tracking email from Hermes but order is showing as on hold. Anyone else had this? Good deal if it worked for you but rubbish customer service for me!
Likewise mine hasnt arrived yet - yet with my tracking details it states on Hermes that delivery was confirmed by courier at 05.25 yesterday morning.. Absolute joke.
No sign of my order yet placed on Dec 15th :-(
Got it but no 50ml Nectar thermique for signing up to emails and 3 items were substituted, I got another Chroma shampoo, a force architect shampoo and the 50ml item is a scented oil. I need to look up anything other than shampoo or conditioner will do as it's never clear from the packaging. I got the advent calendar from Kerastase too, had to google several items. Happy with substitutions as it's worth trying new things and I think I got the nectar one in my calendar.
