We have been totally blown away by the demand for our free wildflower seed kits for Key workers! Thanks to many of you sharing our posts on social media, we have reached thousands of people across the UK. We will be contacting those who applied by email soon with more news about kits. Thank you so much for supporting us – we can’t wait to see your wildflowers blooming! AKA we have enough data to harvest....
Thank you for taking the time to sign up for our Autumn wildflower growing campaign, supported by Jo Malone London. We’re really excited to let you know that…drum roll please… we will be sending you a seed packet! Your wildflower seeds are going in the post this Monday so should be with you by the end of the week. But if you have not received anything by Monday 7 October, drop us an email. So first things first, here’s how to identify when Autumn is here and it’s time to sow your seeds. We’ve also got guidance for you on what you might need to get started (apart from your seeds). We hope you’re looking forward to learning all about why wildflowers matter! *Update (10th September 2019): After thousands and thousands of requests, we've allocated all our free seeds packets for Autumn 2019! We love that so many people want to get involved. Thank you. Look out for an email to see if you'll receive seeds by early October (T&Cs). If you don't or you're signing up today, help is at hand, as we'll tell you where to get your own seeds to sow this Autumn or next Spring.
It's a lottery - you didn't mention that?
I'm getting ' You are not authorized to access this page '. Does this need expiring ?

When do they make the other 'wild flowers' legal?! :(
Round up is a nasty POS environmentally ..Don't use anything with Glyphosate in it, needs banning big time, ..terrific way to mess up the environment! BAD BAD BAD (Agricultural college boy here)
That's on about the use of it on an industrial (well agricultural) scale in America though. I'm fairly sure a few sprays to knock out a few problem weeds won't do much harm, and if it allows the flowers to out compete the weeds all's good, right? :p
Please don't use roundup in order to help nature get more wild flowers (or please don't use it at all). It affects ground water, animals, and possibly creates super-weeds: http://www.reuters.com/article/us-glyphosate-pollution-idUSTRE77U61720110831
Remember the ground you sprinkle them on needs to be completely free of existing weeds and seeds before sowing these. So to avoid an ugly mess of weeds you need to turn the area to bare soil, then for about 6-8 weeks kill off any existing weeds that pop up by regular raking and/or spraying with glyphosate (e.g. Roundup, doesn't damage the soil).

Hi all, We've just released returned tickets for our 12 Days of Christmas giveaway, with limited free tickets now available for all dates between 29 December - 4 January. You can book online at www.kew.org Merry Christmas everyone! From Kew Gardens.
Looks like I am not going to make it tomorrow, 27th, so my 5 tickets are available for anyone interested and able to pick them up from Barnet area... Regards
Cabamaru, Tickets can be cancelled by calling the number on your ticket. We are monitoring any cancellations and where possible re-releasing them, however the difficulty is in re-releasing small numbers of tickets back onto the bookings site - as if several people see this and start the booking process and only a few tickets are available, then it is likely we will sell out as someone is half-way through a booking. We may still be able to release a few hundred tickets closer to the date and will promote this on our Facebook page and Twitter feed. We understand that things come up (and people get sick) and therefore to ensure tickets are redeemed, we are encouraging people to pass their tickets on if they can't attend. Therefore Seetickets and Kew are allowing tickets to be transferred to friends/family/neighbours etc - as long as there is no financial gain as this is unfair. For this reason we are monitoring auction sites. Please don't hesitate to post if you have further questions.

We went on the 29th and though it was wet and windy had a really good time. The glasshouses were simply superb and the kids loved the treetop walkway (though I imagine it will be more fun when the trees have leaves during summer). The peacocks near the Pagoda were lovely as someone else commented. Fantastic promotion
Went on Boxing Day, got there just after 10am and loads of free parking on Kew Road, couple of minutes walk to the entrance, nine of us altogether (six adults and three kids). Had a really good day, only thing was restaurants got really busy (luckily we got there about 11.45am and got table but people were *kewing* (sorry, had to be done) outside the door by about 12.30. Also, hated the Treetops Walkway, only made it about a quarter of the way round lol!
Hi,I have already ordered and printed my tickets. They are not cancelled are they?
We went on the 28th - parking was difficult. (Also I was ill, so it wasn't as lovely a day out as it should have been. :-( )
We have now released returned and cancelled tickets for our '12 Days of Christmas' special giveaway. There are limited tickets available for all dates between 29 December 2012 and 4 January 2013.
