My sister is a single mum with 5 kids. If I go with her will they allow 5 kids eat for £1 each? We can’t leave the last one out

Not good enough! Kids would not even eat more than 5 chips and they would be full up. Can’t even go with my own kids. Not worth it. Better to go McDs

Perhaps try this offer then

Get various McDonald's meal deals for £1.99, usually better than half price

I have normally found these "kids for a pound" deals to be useless.
Last place I went it was one kid can eat per transaction, then they obviously want a drink and then add a pudding. At the end £1+drink+pudding came to more than a kids meal deal on the menu that included all 3! And the 3 cherries on top were that I wasn't allowed to use a 5 pound email voucher because it was classed as another promotion, it cancelled out my beer and burger deal because that was a promotion and the best one, food was terrible.

I have found them useful in the past it’s saving you over £3 on the kid Carvery.

They also serve tap water for free

The 33% off offer will work better for me but for some family’s the £1 deal might work out better.

Got a plan! I’m thinking of going there with sister and her kids then older kid will order as an adult but order a child’s meal, I don’t mind ordering from the children’s menu as well. So we order 3 meals but from the kids menu choice then the other kids get for £1.
That was sizzling though so maybe this is better. Although I think I'd rather eat McDonald's too as the quality is better and that's saying something!

I’ve just called! They won’t allow an adult buy a kids meal to redeem the £1 meal offer for another child! Rubbish imo

Yeah the t&c state the conditions of the voucher.
I made it pretty clear in the original post & comments.

Why do expect Toby Carvery to feed your family for pennies?

Well of course they wouldn't. You can't honestly have thought they would can you ?

They are running a business not a charity.

FWIW I've used this deal before and it has saved me money. Sometimes other deals can save more. Rarely pay 'Full' price as there is usually one voucher or other doing the rounds. Google them on their free wifi while you eat
